Ordering of reeds was nice & straightforward. Really nice surprise upon delivery as they’d popped a few wax melts in with my order so I’m totally happy with all my items I purchased.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service, had an issue with the samples i bought caused by the delivery/courier company, still replaced the samples and provided swift customer service. Really made sure that everything was sorted. Provides a great range of samples. Got sent an email straight after package was sent which was less than 24 hours after I paid. Would definitely buy from again for pretty much all samples
