Sorry you felt the need to give us a 1 star review. We have checked our system and can see that your order was posted around 7 days after you placed it. At the time, there was a notification on the website stating that orders could be delayed up to 10 days due to short staffing levels with Covid-19.

Apologies for the delay. Our staffing levels were extremely short due to Covid-19 and this affected our postage. As well as this Royal Mail were operating at low staffing levels and Royal Mail 2nd Class will have been longer that 3 - 5 days, as is normally in any usual case.

I don’t know how to explain but this is the best ever I had, 100% good Serivce with everything. Also this is fabulous and fantastic smells because there have no effect my fiancé headaches really pleased with it. Definitely will orders as always until wax melts almost run out will keep order more again and again. From different normal shop or other company is not good for my fiancé headache. But this one is the best.
