I would recommend this company. I read the reviews first and noticed that the majority of negative reviews were related to delivery. I ordered in plenty of time and received my parcel within a week.
The quality of this coat is superb and excellent value for money. The fit is true to size.
Don't be put off by the negative comments as delivery is often not under their control

Should have been delivered on 19/12. Apparently delivered on 19/12 - but not to me and still waiting 28/12. Tanner Trading seem incapable of resolving and are frankly clueless. Merchants need to understand that delivery is an essential part of the buying process and that their chosen couriers need to be reliable if they are to retain customers and grow their business. There are lots of other suppliers using reliable couriers out there and I shall be using them in future. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF HASSLE.

I had my concerns that my son’s main Father Christmas present would not be received in time. I contacted Tanners and Lisa responded immediately reassuring me that my parcel would be received the following day. I would recommend ordering in good time to allow for any delay, however, the item came well packaged and customer service was second to none. Thank you Lisa!

Bought items for Xmas gifts early December. Queried after a week when they would be dispatched/delivered. Messaged via website, no response, telephoned numerous times, no answer, emailed, received a response twice, once to say would look into it, the other asking for order# which they already had from previous correspondence that day. Then nothing. Ignored case via PayPal, refunded by PayPal once escalated.
Appalling customer service.
Don't believe the positive reviews on their website are genuine, a lot of repeat names, bit suspicious to me 🤔. Ordered elsewhere and received the next day. Avoid unless you want to be disappointed.

Disappointed. Ordered boots, payment made and order acknowledged. 2 weeks later the boots have not been sent out for delivery. Have been chasing up but still not been dispatched. Not a great experience so far!!

I couldn't fault the service from Tanner Trading when ordering a special hoodie at short notice as a present. I received help with the size and the parcel arrived on time and the quality was excellent. More than happy to use them again. Thank you

We were told that the chicken coop we bought was plastic when it arrived it was coloured wood roof was damaged and now a couple of months later the hinges are broken not happy at the serviced we got will not be buying from the again.

I ordered a product for tanner trainings it came within three days, having read some negative reviews I thought to myself did I make the right choice ordering from tanner trainings.But to be fair I didn't have any issues or problems.

I wouldn’t even give one star if it would have let me, ordered, told 2 to 3 days, nothing turned up after 10 days, emailed, no response, phoned, no answer, no facility to leave voice mail, shocking service, avoid at all costs

Our order was made on the 23/03/23, it is now 19/04/23, no delivery and feeble excuses.
Rubbish service, communication and excuses!!
Do not buy from this company.

failed to arrive first date,sent a second time for the next day,three hours late, boxed crushed,delivery man couldn't get away fast engough when i asked about th damage and delay ,30,yes 30, hours late,sat about waing for them,no mail or phone call or mobie ? go on i dare you to blame covid

Ordered Bruder toys for my Grandson's Christmas present. Lisa at Tanner Trading was fantastic and explained stock issues (being out of their control), and suggested alternative items. All items arrived promptly and refund also dealt with immediately.

Needed an item ASAP and ordered through this company, three days later it’s been cancelled as stock problems, no alternative date/apology just cancelled and this item is still advertised for sale 😡

Very glad I ignored the negative reviews on here. Fortunately, found the many highly rated reviews on Google. Found Tanners to be the best on pricing, easy checkout and site navigation. Very quick delivery which was included. Will definitely be using again.

On website they say in stock but don’t be fooled. They give a slow despatch time so they can order from manufacturers that’s if they do that. Ordered boots as they said in stock didn’t hear anything from them after 7days phoned them and spoke to lady with no social or customer skills. Blamed the manufacture for not sending couldn’t understand when I said website said in stock. Asked to speak to manager but no one there. Her answer to problem have a refund. I spoke to the manufacturers they had no order from them. Phone them back to ask to speak to manager. Lady spoke to someone wasnt quick enough to put me on mute then told me he was busy in warehouse!! I reply I heard but made a excuse she shouted thru a window to the warehouse where he was busy !!
Don’t buy use a local shop had enough from websites saying in stock but lying just to pull you in

I ordered a duck coop and asked them if they could despatch ASAP as we had a fox killing our ducks. It arrived the very next day!

Great selection of products but absolutely appalling customer service. Can't get in touch with anyone and when you do they are rude and abrupt.
