Terrible company, do not buy

Ordered electric fencing. kept waiting, nothing. Emailed and asked where my item was. To be told that they take 5-7 days just to dispatch!! I asked for my item to be cancelled as this was just too long, I needed the item. No response! Thursday came and went and still no email advising on my item.

Now I'm having to ask my bank for help!! bloody ridiculous, totally regret using this company never ever again.

Regarding the reply below.

When i ordered i clicked on free delivery. There was no time on how long this would take. My assumption of standard delivery 2- 4 days. I definitely would not have continued with my order had I know it would take 7 days for delivery and another 7 just to dispatch!!
Why ignore my email asking for a cancellation. Why withhold my money? I was told it takes the company 7 days just to dispatch an item!!! Very very poor service. Wish I'd checked trustpilot before as the company has a terrible reputation. Do not use. My bank is aware! Just hope I get my money back. All I wanted was some electric fencing. A different company I used took 4 days from order to arrival at my house! Yep that was free delivery to as over a certain amount. Ordered 22nd of April. No fencing and still no money in my account. Been told 72 hours 🤞🤞

Avoid This Company

I placed an order for sheep supplies on 11 March. It was not dispatched until 18 March and when it arrived one of the items was missing. There was a handwritten scrawl saying ‘to follow’ but that is the only communication I have received. I have tried to contact the company via their website and by phone but have had no response to my messages and the phone is never answered. It is the first time I have ordered from Tanner Trading and it will definitely be the last!

An email was sent to yourself on the 12th March to advise the injector was out of stock until the end of this month and asking if you wanted to wait for it to come back into stock or if you would like a refund? Lambing time is extremely busy for our customer service team and they answer as many calls as they can. I have also just check the emails and cannot see any communication from yourself. Sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received but we have tried to be as transparent as we can with regards to the out of stock vaccinator. I had a very good experience with this…

I had a very good experience with this company.
They were very helpful with my questions before I bought.
Delivery was good, all well packed. I had to return one part and was quickly refunded.
Will use again. Thank you.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service.
I made a purchase on 14/01 told would be sent on 48hr delivery within 5/7 days and spoke to customer services multiple times being told they are in stock (we are just busy) still no dispatch email and then to be ignored by customer services for 2 days and now we are on working day 9 to receive an email stating they’ve had a stock issue and have cancelled my order.

Absolutely appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service.

I ordered a package from Tanner Trading which never arrived. When I contacted them to ask where it was, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and frankly snotty employee who blamed “the weather” — despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with the weather at the time.

I then requested a full refund due to non-delivery. That refund has still not been processed or received.

Poor communication, poor attitude, and no accountability. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Put an order in for my son’s main Christmas present 2 nearly 3 weeks before Christmas. Had confirmation email but hadn’t received dispatched email. A week before Xmas we phoned them and they promised it was being despatched the next day!! It still hasn’t been despatched and we’ve tried phoning several times with no answer!!!? Thank you ruining my 6 year old Christmas the only thing he really really wanted!!

Excellent service and great price.

I've read the less glowing reviews but found the opposite. Tanner Trading were extremely easy to deal with.
Communications were excellent with email updates at each stage. Delivery was rapid and the price was a lot lower than Amazon's.
On this experience I would happily buy from them again.

It's far to much detail to go into…

It's far to much detail to go into which I find depressing so I'll give the short version, first time using then guys which I should've checked reviews before buying and it could've said me a headache, from the day I paid they didn't send out the items until 4 days later, that was only because I called them up to chase up what's going on , then that's when the lies started 👎🏻 these guys aren't only liars but rather incompetent and they give the excuse we're busy 😳 we the public don't care your busy, that doesn't help us that you are making money, money that you shouldn't be making because you definitely don't deserve it. STAY CLEAR

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, product not received after three weeks, Royal Mail blamed but tracking number they gave us does not exist, refund requested but no answer and not answering the phone.

Awful customer service

Bought an item and paid for 2 day delivery. Called after 3 days and the item hadn't even been sent. Currently I have no confidence that the item will arrive.

No refund for product that was not supplied.

I ordered a product. Tanner accepted my payment. They did not say that the product was out of stock. I waited for the delivery and it did not arrive. It is now too late for me to receive the item - I needed it within 2/3 weeks. Since then I have asked for a refund and they have not replied to any of my emails. It is impossible to phone them either. Terrible service. They have my money. I do not have the product I ordered. Very bad service.

Appalling delivery time

Ordered a part on quick delivery but took 11 days to deliver. Their level of communication does not even warrant 1 star, basically they have absolutely no interest in customer service or customer support; it is a complete waste of time trying to get any answer from them by any means. I will certainly look to buy from someone else in future, perhaps lack of business will cause them to re-think their attitude but I very much doubt it.

Terrible!!

Still waiting for a suckle plate ordered on 31st March on 2-3 day delivery at £5.99. Told 8 days later it would be dispatched for delivery the next day-still nothing. Cow and calf still inside while everyone else has gone out in the sunshine on the grass. Won't use again!

Slow and unresponsive

Took order and my money, however nothing forthcoming on dispatch or deliver. Called 8 times with no answer.
Eventually a response to an email. Goods arriving 9 days after order, not good enough during lambing.
More staff needed.
Very disappointing.
