Ads are highly misleading. The actual dimensions (which are in the fine print) would never cover an entire wall like their ads suggest. Also the ads show no sign of the machine-stitched border. It is also NOT a "Tapestry" but a piece of thin fabric with computerized printing on it. (order took closer to a month to arrive. ) Extremely disappointed. emailed a request for a refund.

I bought their twinkle lights with multi colored remote, it was supposed to have multiple strings but it didn’t
And it didn’t light up pink like it did in the picture

"I bought 6 tapestries, i was expecting to see as it looks on advertising pictures bright and nice paint. I was so disappointed with all of them very poor paint quality, the paint looks blurred and fated. If you looking for a nice quality tapestry they are not for you so don’t buy, I will not recommend it. Their return policy sucks, you have to pay to return it and loss 50% of what you paid for the items. It is not even worth it to returned them. After all Tapestry Hero did refund me and I am happy with the resolution on Customers satisfaction policy good job. Thank you.

I ordered a tapestry and I still don’t have it

Ordered 1-16-2021and has never been shipped, email them twice, they don't have a number to call, but they sure took my my 40.00 out of my account fast , don't order from them & trying to contact them is a joke, btw my order was a cat bed.

Cool hd tapestries for solid price. Fabric is awesome and easily hangs on my bedroom wall and ceiling

I ordered a tapestry on 12/17/2020 as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter - just received notice on 1/11/2021 that it shipped. I could understand if it was on backorder or something, but there's literally no communication. Not an order confirmation, no updates, nothing. The charge hit my card on 12/17 and then you're left in the dark wondering if you've been scammed.

Tapestry hero is a wonderful company and they truly care about their customers! 10/10 would recommend. Beautiful tapestries and genuinely kind people.

I purchased 2 tapestries on black Friday 2020. It did take a little over 4 weeks to receive them, but they do mention that on their website as well as the fact that this was the busiest holiday season postal workers have ever seen due to the pandemic. I love both of the tapestries that I got- they are lightweight, so they are easy to hang, they look exactly as pictured on the website. The reason I gave this review the title "Legit Company" is because I saw another post saying it was a scam but it's really not, it's just not Amazon where you can get it delivered the next day! It was well worth the wait and I will be making other purchases from Tapestry Hero. Great price, great quality.

this is not a scam.......... I have recived 2 products from them a galaxy for my son and a skull one for myself we love them it did take a lil while to recive them do the the pandemic but that should be completely understandable and when i had a issue they contacted me within hours great products

I reached out to tapestry hero asking if they were a legit tapestry company due to me getting taken advantage of by a different tapestry company. That company took my momey and never sent my tapestries to me. Tapestry Hero responded very quickly saying how vary sorry that such a thing could happen and wanted to replace my order for me completely free!!! I am beyond happy with how caring they have been💜💜 Very satisfied they have made me so happy!!
