Three sided shower enclosure ordered, one door delivered 6th April, the remaining panels on 1st June! Missed installation date from contractor and now will not except back as 20 days have passed from "completion of your order".... what about the 57 days I had to wait. I only wanted to exchange for the same item but slightly smaller and offered to cover the delivery costs. Will go elsewhere for the replacement and future projects.

I ordered the Grohe compression MI coupling 46914. It doesn't come in the boxed packaging as advertised on their site. Instead I recieved it in a plastic bag and nor does it have the same hallmark that it was initially advertised on the website. I was told that Faucet is the Grohe supplier and its a genuine part. However, I ordered the same part from another website which came in the original packaging, the quality, the hallmark, the olive and the length of the compression is different too which falls in line with a grohe product.
I have since received a refund from Taps Empire as it wasn't Grohe part.

Beware the returns period - 14 days which is not adequate for something like building supplies where there can often be a delay before installation. I ordered a cistern and my bathroom work took longer than expected - by the time the plumber discovered that it was the wrong type, it was too late to return it. You'd imagine they could have waived the usual rule given that I wanted to exchange it for another product from them, rather than refund it, but customer services gave me a very unhelpful 'computer says no' response.

Taps Empire took my order for a RAK Vanity Unit and took full payment from my card. They sent me an email saying delivery would be 4 weeks. 2 days later they wrote to me to say that the item was discontinued and they could no longer supply it. I wrote to the manufacturer who said that the item was not discontinued. Taps Empire are still selling the unit on their website but just for £50 more than the price they charged me on my order. They just don't want to supply it at the contracted price (even though they already charged me).

Update based on response: They have said that the item they still sell (for £50 more) is a different SKU but it is exactly the same physical product.

Excellent service, value for money, goods arrived earlier than expected and in an excellent state with no damage to the packaging or taps inside. Cannot fault the service of purchase and delivery of exactly what was ordered.
