Hope restored in humanity!! I won’t recount all the drama but it is safe to say that Steve of Kennet Water (who supply Tapworks product) is a legend, calmly advising me via video call and ensuring all was under control, before then setting up the relevant connections for remedial follow up. Thank you so much, Steve. And you are completely forgiven for being a Pompey fan, despite me being a Saint!! I cannot recommend more highly.
My father brought a water softener machine from these in January. The machine has not worked since installation. We have tried numerous times to remedy this with the company under guarantee but they either do not answer the phone or promise to arrange for an engineer to visit and then nothing happens. We have tried phone calls and emails. I would not recommend at all
