The service was excellent and there was no time wasting once you meet the conditions.
The staff are very friendly, excellent and experienced. They treat you with respect and make the whole process like a movie, hard to believe but they are serious and know what they are doing.

I was accepted on the Monday and took my new car on the Tuesday! The service is fantastic baring in mind I have terrible credit I never thought I would ever get finance especially having a CCJ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful plus I drove away in my beautiful BMW 1 series (car Iv always wanted)! I will recommend Target Car until death Thankyou so much guys!!!

If I could give no stars I would , terrible company , broken car after a couple of months with refusal to fix it . Now paying finance for a car that's broken .

Avoid and go elsewhere.

Please be careful and think twice about this Awful company , no wonder they advertise for those with bad credit as they take your money , get you a fiancé and then the car breaks a couple of months after. Was told the car came with 6 months warrenty , 3 months in the car stopped working . Contacted them , to be told now only 3 months warranty and that it had ran out. Questioned them on this showed paperwork stating 6 months. They agreed to send someone out , after a lot of questioning to be told it’s the timing chain and apparently my fault . Was told to go through finance company for some strange reason. Now blocked and ignored . Now been told this has happened to many ! Please beware

So made up with the service managed to help me even though I had bad credit. Such lovely staff and managed to drive away in the car of my dreams

I purchased a car in June 2021 by the time I got home the engine light was on, I live in Brighton and they are in Essex I drove back the next day as it was late they told me to go to a garage they use which I did who claimed to resolve the issue. I drove to my mothers in Essex not even 20 minutes away and the light was back on. I called them they sent a mobile mechanic who said he had fixed it if the light was to come back on he will order parts. By the time I got home to Brighton it was on again arranged to come down on the 24th June to which it had been resolved again. Drove home the light was on again. I was unable to come back down on the 6th of September which the light had finally gone off, on leaving my car was smoking under the engine the mechanic left a tool there. I drove home not even a day later the the clutch started rattling when being pushed I contacted target car who booked me in a garage closer to me. I have found out there are issues with the clutch, gearbox and engine. Target car have claimed it’s a misdiagnosis and want to send their mobile mechanic to come to me to retest. Now I have had this car 4 months from the get go there have been nothing but issues. They do not offer courtesy car you cannot get tour money back and they will not take the car back.

So now I’m paying monthly for a car I cannot use and have to lose out on working because I’ve just started a job and do not have money to pay for excess public transport. They are unhelpful and do not offer any solutions.

Oldest trick in the book...they advertised a great deal...great price and their speciality is to get finance for people who would normally be rejected.

So they get you there and turns out the car you wanted to see isn’t there and was only advertised “for illustration purposes”..
What a crock.

I was unimpressed. Plus was totally and completely wrong how they did the finance side of stuff. I am considering an FCA complaint because I honestly don’t think they could have done the finance side of things worse if they tried.

We finally found a car we liked without obvious dings, dents or rust ...and hey..the darn thing had a flat battery . Honestly just as well. The so called finance was ok if the car was the right price but “gasp”! Big shock, turns out the car was above the autotrader value...

But hey, you’re desperate right? Otherwise you wouldn’t have come here.

To me it seemed like a business preying on the vulnerable. I could be wrong, but what I do know is that’s 3 1/2 hours of my life I will never get back.
