Look nowhere else!
I find it extrememly hard to find parts for trials bikes (or anyone who knows what that is) in my city (Toronto). Having reached all the way out to Tarty Bikes, I was met with a level of customer service and expertise that I thought had long since died in the bike industry. Ben was extremely helpful in getting my atypical setup running perfectly with all of the fancy bits and pieces that I was hoping to find to finish my build. He even answered questions that I hadn't thought to ask, and saved me a number of headaches! I can't praise Tarty Bikes enough for what they do!

Tarty Bikes staff are quick to respond with useful information in a friendly manner. They know what they are talking about and work hard to provide a great customer experience. You can out source some of your product due diligence to Tarty Bikes, if they sell it then is probably a good product.

It was good up until the very end but.
Until I sent my last email asking for an Inspired Team Riser handlebar instead of the stock one coming on the flow 22" that I ordered. I got no response for the email and got the bike shipped. Now if I want the handlebar, I need to spend 70$ worth of shipping for a 100$ product. Kind of sad since I've already spent 2.7k on a bike from your shop.

I have checked our emails thoroughly, and I can't find any email from the email address or name on your order in relation to the bars. The bikes we supply are a fixed specification, however we are happy to fit after market parts when assembling the bikes, if they are purchased alongside them. Had we received an email in relation to your order, we would have been more than happy to add these to your order, and fit them prior to shipping. If you sent the email from a different email address, please get in touch and I will be more than happy to look into this further for you.
