Windwave opened in 1987, as a manufacturer and distributor of windsurfing and sailing products. In the 1990s, we expanded into cycling distribution. The business grew exponentially, partnering with famous manufacturers including Colnago, Transition, Dainese, DVO, FSA, Hutchinson and CeramicSpeed. Today, we offer some of the best cycling products on the market, encompassing road, MTB, gravel and urban.

Good Comms from Hollie, and quick delivery.

Same price as all the other online retailers (controlled by the manufacturer I expect), but with a faster expected delivery, good reviews so went with them. Hollie kept me informed of progress of the order throughout, (not sure if she was human or an automated system), Bike arrived within the expected time frame. Will be happy to use Wind wave again in the future.

been a great company to deal with, Hollie in particular has been really helpful. i wasn't able to be home for the normal delivery and she held it back until someone could be home. very quick to reply and great service overall.

Excellent service from Windwave. I made an enquiry about the very new BBB Corecaps, and received a rapid reply. The item appeared on the website next day, I ordered them straightaway, and received them 2 days later. -

Easy ordering process but absolutely no…

Easy ordering process but absolutely no tracking information provided. 5 days after dispatch I still had no package and no idea what was happening or who the package was being shipped with. Contacted windwave who came back to me a couple of days later. My package arrived the same day. They said I should have had text and email updates from DPD and would take it up with them. This highlighted that there is clearly a flaw in their shipping processes that need addressing. The good were as described so happy with that.
