only gave 1 star as no option for NO STARS. A complete SCAM, do not purchase. I purchased a dress, it arrived and I wouldn't wash the floor with it, crap, cheap shit. They make returning so complicated. Out of spit, im posting back. They offered 15% refund. They can stick it up....

My item eventually arrived, I was shocked at the quality, very poor, poor stitching and material.
Emailed them and was told 30 return for refund. By the time they responded we were 3 weeks in. Not a chance of it being returned in 7 days.
They have offered me a 20% refund, I said 75% they have come back with 30%
Their refund process is shocking at best. Very long winded and not practical. The worst I've ever dealt with.
It's a shame there wasn't a Nil point on the stars!
Don't order from them if you can help it. I'll.update if I get anywhere.

I ordered summer vacation dress but I never received it at all and never got an invoice even . When I contacted by email they wanted the invoice I told them the reason I contacted as they took my money but sent me no invoice or the dress

DON"T BUY FROM THIS SITE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered Vacation Printed loose dress and the over coat. They sent 2 of over coats. Paid shipping. They Screwed up the order but wanted me to pay return shipping and then pay shipping to get the new one shipped to me. back and forth etc...
Eventually I got a 50% refund and Just re ordered a new dress.
The dress WAS NOT THE DRESS SHOWN ON THE SITE and FABRIC ALL FADED!!!
Also not the kind of fabric they say it is.
They will give you the run around, offer a small refund no free shipping or returns the quality of sewing is horrid! When the fabric got wet color bled all over!!!

Just run. They use photos from reputable sites to reel you in and then send you junk that is nothing like the photo. I’m awaiting a reply on the return process but I’m sure it will be a scam.

Ordered 5 items, 1 of them looked like the advertised item but was about 3 sizes too small. The rest were nothing like advertised. Since found the photos on a designer website, so all stolen images. Got 50% refund if I kept the items. Should have held out for 100%. Total con. Absolute junk.

The first order was good, so I placed a second order, when I received the order I noticed that the items that had been sent were not what I ordered, and in fact, one of the items was wet and mildewed! I contacted the seller and their response was to offer me a 15% discount on the items that they had sent. When I complained that I could never even use the items and they weren’t what I ordered and asked for them to ship the items I had ordered instead their response was to offer me a 20% discount. I was shocked never once did they offer the items that I had actually ordered.

I personally would give this company no star but had to if I wanted to go further. I now would like to take this star away because they really do not deserve it. Their goods were absolute RUBBISH! I had to pay nearly £40 to send them back. I had to fight to get a return address as there was no paperwork sent. The sizes were all wrong
Materials REALLY SHODDY. Goods look nothing like what you see online. REALLY DISAPPOINTING.

We exchanged several emails although none of theirs made sense.

They tried to get me to keep goods.

The goods were despatched rolled up and stuffed into parcel like old dishcloths.

In the end I had to ask my bank to intervene.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY for your own good.

I cannot understand why PINTEREST are allowing these COWBOYS to advertise on their site.

They also hide the fact that they are in CHINA!

I ordered a coat and when it arrived it was nothing like that described on the site. It was awful, bad cheap material. I’ve contacted my bank to get a refund. I normally check sites. My bank advised me to cancel my credit card. Please don’t use this site. They are misrepresenting with photos from other legitimate sites.

If I could give this company a 0 star rating, I would. They are a scam company for sure. The item I ordered is not what I received although they tried to make it look like the advertised product. Now because I want to return it and receive a refund they are giving me the run around. They will not give me the return address! Keep asking for more information. Pictures etc. I am running out of time as their return policy is 14 days from delivery! Buyer beware of this company…totally scamming customers!

When you see review titles like that one you have to wonder what wrote it. Who talks like that? My experience with this outfit is one with an AI platform. Yes, you’ll get a response if you contact customer service, but the only personal word in it is “dear customer “. Us American shoppers are use to being able to return items if they don’t work so buying from China doesn’t play out like that. Tatadress isn’t out to make lasting customers. They just want your money and no more. So if you are expecting customer interaction like we do in America, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM TATADRESS. If you don’t like it you will give it away to the thrift store which, by the way, is getting fuller by the day of this trashy clothing. Or you just might throw it away and add to the growing garbage!

One of the worst items I ever ever bought I got the jumpsuit with the Octopus on it the print is very blurry and definitely printed on the material is so cheap. Somehow, they found a way to make this the worst purchase I’ve ever bought I buy most of my clothes online . I saw this ad on Pinterest and instantly bought it one of the worst things I’ve ever bought my entire life. Do not recommend these are scammers, It looks so unflattering on💀💀💀💀 It does not look like the photo at all and it smells really funky. Everything is so messed up and I’m returning it immediately.💀

Do not waste your money with this company. I ordered a shorts & jacket set and a long flowy jacket. I received a jacket with long pants in the cheapest material and a long, jacket also in cheap material with a print that looked nothing like the ad. The print I received had a big red circle on the rear!! You had limited days to return, at my expense, and they advised against anything other than regular mail. No way was it going to get to China in time. Then they offered me approximately $12 of the $80+ I spent. Scammers!!

The garment I received was not what I ordered. Couldn't get an answer from them if they would send the right garment. Was offered a 15% refund. Ordered off pininterest as put me off for life. Caveat emptor big time.

The model, the fabric, the colour. What you see and order is definitely not what you get. Returning is a nightmare, so Tatadress obtains dirty money

The look and the price. I read online that it's a scam so I was about to call my credit card to cancel when my pretty jumpsuits arrived. I think some people are too quick to call something a scam. Btw, paperwork says they shipped from the UK.

Beware of these scammers. None of the items I received look anything close to what I had ordered.

DO NOT order from this company! The items are not true to size (extremely small). Very poorly made—look nothing like the photos on their website. I spent about $70 and all they would refund is 15% of the cost of the item. They charged $10 shipping which isn’t refundable. What they sell isn’t fit to wear ANYWHERE!

SCAM!! Product is NOT what they show on their website. They ship it to you and once you go to return it because it’s complete garbage, the shipping cost is more than the product.
