Sizes run EXTREMELY small, quality is horrible, sizes don't correspond to their size chart. I ordered XLarge (loose shorts & pants), according to their size chart, but what I received were extra small items that I could not get one leg into them. They want me to pay for shipping (again) items back to them. Quality is horrible, fabrics are not what they say in description. Waste of money!!!
UPDATE: I had charges from Hong Kong made on my credit card, that I am having trouble disputing!!
This has turned into a nightmare!!!

Terrible fabric, weird sizing, just very low quality would not recommend buying from there at all.

I ordered a top that was supposed to be cotton/linen, sadly it’s cheap polyester. It’s a blurry image of the item pictured. I thought the store was located in California buts it’s in China.

Complete and utter SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. I had the same experience that every other one star buyer had. Not made in Italy, wrong dress, ill-fitting top, not cotton and linen as advertised. The woman staring in the advertisement on Pinterest should be ashamed. And when I entered their return website into the internet, an explicit asian porn site came up. I am beyond DISGUSTED! If it was possible to give no stars I would!

Do NOT buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. I am about to contact Pinterest because this is a scam company. The dress I received is so inferior in every way. The material is cheap thin flimsy and poor quality. The stitching is awful. The dress does not have pockets as advertised. It will be impossible to return due to their policy. I was scammed. Shame on you!

Complete scam: none of the clothes I ordered comes even close to the garbage I received. I only realised that this was a risky transaction after payment, as only then messages were written in Chinese characters.
I should have checked before🙈.
When complaining, they suggested a 15% refund.
I continue trying to get a refund, but not sure if this will work.
My bank advised me to block my credit card, to avoid subsequent withdrawals.
Were trying to recover the amount.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered something from Tatadress.

What I received looked nothing like the item I ordered and as most of the reviewers have said it is not the fabric advertised which was linen, it is 100% polyester.

I will attempt to get a refund through my credit cses company because it does not look like this company is honest enough to credit for goods not as ordered.

I ordered three garments that were listed as being linen. What a joke. The material was plastic feeling and the items didn't look like the pictures at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. When I tried to return them, they state right in their return policy that "your returned parcel is more likely to get lost during international shipping" and that no refund will be issued until the item is received. What a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs as they do not respect any EU consumer rights! As an EU citizen, we have the right to know where the product is produced, what it is made out of, it has to have a CE marking to ensure a safe product, and we should be able to return it.
Tata dress makes you believe the material is linen when you order it, what arrived was clearly cheap polyester, but the dress did not even have a label inside with any information on the material, place of production, how to wash it, or a CE label. The quality is complete rubbish. Moreover, as an EU citizen I should have the right to return the item free of charge and be fully reimbursed. In the package were no return papers. On the website they do not even give a return address, even worse they state you can only return it within two weeks and they state they cannot guarantee the item arrived with them plus they say the customer has to pay for the postage themselves! Tata dress violates all Consumer rights of EU citizens! Greetings from Brussels - I hope the European Commission will close this suspicious company as soon as possible.

Buyers be aware of the positive reviews here…. I truly suspect there have been planted … I cannot believe how far removed the items I ordered were from the photographs. I’ve reported the company on Pinterest - however they continue to advertise the goods you think you’re buying only to be disappointed by the rubbish which eventually arrives in the post . This is actually criminal activity - fraud to be accurate and action should be taken without delay . The only trouble is … when this eventually happens the scam springs up under another guise …. Sadly

The quality of the dress was completely unacceptable, not comparable with the pictures in the internet. Lousy return policy, only little refunding. I will never ever buy anything again at tatadress!!!

Absolute bait and switch. Not at all what is pictured. Garbage quality. DO NOT buy from them.

I bought the 2 tone blue wide leg pants that look like they are going to be denim but are definitely not. Most ridiculous pair of pants I’ve ever bought. They look like pyjama pants and are bloody horrible.

The dress arrived from China and it was not the one I ordered.

The fabric is cheap & poorly put together. It was truly awful: only fit to be used as a duster!

I wanted to return the dress but their returns policy is simply not achievable, both within the time frame & the information they required.

I emailed twice them for a return address and they eventually replied. I would obviously have had to pay for postage, however, they offered me a 15% refund, for convenience, which I accepted and they did refund the money quite quickly.

I will NEVER order from this company again: my mistake but lesson learned.

I ordered the Floral Natalia Dress 1624 in 5xl. I’m usually a size 20 US. The good news is you get a dress delivered though it took a long time (1 month). Bad news is it’s 100% thick polyester/synthetic material with visible, bad, raw, open stiching around the neck and cheap buttons. Not worth returning as mailing it back would cost me more money and I suspect any company who would send a product out that looks so different to what is pictured and advertised wouldn’t give you back your money. Very disappointing. It was under the section ‘distressed linen’. Don’t waste your money. You’ve been warned!

You do not get what you see in the pictures. Their products are made of very cheap materials, do not even closely resemble the hand-made designs you see in those pictures.

Would give a 0 star if available! Items are not what was ordered! Cheap, nothing like the photos, didn’t get what I ordered, they sent me things I didn’t order! Don’t buy!!

The dress I received, instead of being a linen dress with embrodery, is a synthertic piece of junk

Total scam!!! Very bad cheap polyester dresses!!! Not even 10% of those in their recklam! Thives!!! This is criminal shop!
