Love the service and pan I received from Tattahome. So much I orderd another.

Very slow shipping, took over 4 months to finally get my items. Delayed my construction and remodel tremendously and costs me thousands of dollars.

Not clear the total cost if you buy from UK, between adding 20% tax to the product price and DHL managing charges (fixed extra £11.00) beyond the delivery price
The seller should check per country of destination and advise properly, as taxes percentages are fixed per country

I ordered two items that I really wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else on the internet in the colours I wanted. I found them at Tattahome. I read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering knowing that I’d be ordering from a company based in Italy and not the UK. I realised I would need to allow extra time for delivery. In the end I chased my order up twice, I got polite responses saying my order would take 4 weeks to get to them and then I would be notified by email when in turn it would be dispatched to me. I ordered on 26th December 2025 and received it on Tuesday 17th Feb. I was so happy to receive it. It was well packaged. They look great. Only grumble is lack of updates… I thought I’d been scammed at one point, if they’d been up front and said it would take 2 months to get to me I wouldn’t have been concerned. In the end I’m happy as I received my goods in perfect condition but if they’d been time critical (a gift) i’d have been a bit upset.

Easy site to use delivered on time only thing is it says on the site that there is no import charge for items under £135. I purchased a toaster for 113 and still had to pay the driver £38 import duty before it could be left with me

My order (pumpkin le creuset pot) had still not arrived three months after placing my order. When I asked about my order 4 weeks and 8 weeks after ordering i was told it would be sent soon. I am now trying to get a refund and keep being promised it will be sent but have not received that. i would avoid ordering from here. if i hadnt seen some postive reviews of items arriving, i would think this was a scam.

My experience with Tattahome was truly terrible. I ordered a pumpkin style Le Creuset casserole dish as a Christmas present for my wife. I placed the order and paid in full on 19 November 2025. There was no indication on the website that the item was not in stock nor that there was any significant lead time on it. I heard nothing from Tattahome until I contacted them on 5 December for an update on my order. At that time, I was told that the order was scheduled for delivery to Tattahome's warehouse later the following week.

Needless to say, this delivery did not happen and no one from the company bothered to contact me to tell me that there had been further delays in my order. I only found out because I contacted them for an update - this was the start of a pattern: zero proactive communication from the company on the status of my order; I had to always contact them for an update, only to be told that there were further delays and the order would be delivered "soon".

The After Sales Manager at Tattahome was entirely unhelpful. There was no proactive communication and never any suggestion of any sort of compensation for the disruption caused - apart from when I was offered free delivery in return for not giving a negative review on Trustpilot! I declined this offer (bribe) as it is important that potential customers are aware of the poor service offered by Tattahome.

After weeks of having to contact the After Sales Manager almost daily for updates on my order, I eventually received a confirmation that the item was being shipped - nearly 11 weeks after I had placed the order and paid in full to Tattahome.

In addition to the confirmation of delivery, I also received an email saying that I needed to pay an additional £47 in import duty - as with the lead time on the order, this was not mentioned at any time when I placed the original order.

So, if you intend to use Tattahome, beware that there could be a significant lead time on the order you place and it could cost significantly more than advertised due to additional import duties. Also, if you have any cause for complaint, be prepared for frustration and know that there is no escalation process for complaints - the After Sales Manager is it.

Don’t buy from these clowns 1) Charged me for shipping then I got an extra shipping charge and import duty from courier 2) Lots of charming customer support chat about sorting it- but did not 3) I asked for my money back- nothing happened 4) Only when I raised a credit card dispute 2 months later did they sort it 5) Finally got what i paid for and its faulty

We were thrilled with ordering 5 Le Creuset casseroles (which amount to a lot of Euros), we were very happy with the service we had received and also happy with the packaging and the arrival time (4 weeks as it was written). This very positive feelings lasted up until the moment we opened the boxes and the casseroles inside. It was with great disappointment that we saw that the interior was not cream colour but black. By the way, this important information was not mentioned in the description, nor appeared in photos, and I had specifically asked them over the phone prior to the order. Also, for those who know, the two interior colours have completely different cooking purpose: cream is for stews, soups, sauces while black is best for searing, grilling and frying. Let me remind you that all 5 items were casseroles and you don't do grilling in casseroles. We immediately wrote to them regarding this issue, and all they did was blame the IT. We insisted that this was a quite serious omission, not only in the photos but also in the description of the products. Still nothing. And although they realized how unhappy we were by their mistake, they never offered a compensation or some kind of a decent discount. Or even the option to return them.

Took quite a long time to arrive, but it was expected. Quality and prices are great.
