I bought this PRODUCT and they delivered to me in the USA. IT ONLY SLIGHTLY lightend my bad tattoo. I used for 6 weeks on and off honestly I couldn't use it every day it made m6 wrist sensitive after using the cream. I purchased just two bottles. Its funny how i bought this product in 2023 and the compny decided to respond to my review today in 2025 two whole years later but wouldn't never respond to my refund request even after multiple requst and going to the BBB. How about instead of saying my review is defamatory you give me my money back, stop dodging refund request and if your going to respond to MY review don't wait until two years down the line. Like i said prior the product didnt work, your refund policy was a lie and i am completely unsatisfied. Saw no results even after a year if using it on my small tattoo. It was a waste of my hard earned money!!!!

As effective as water
I ordered this product in February, gave it a few months, used daily as recommended (followed the instructions, not that it's anything complicated). It says you'll see significant fading after 3 months, nothing happened after 3 months, not even the tiniest bit of fading. I didn't pay attention properly when I read the reviews here and I sadly didn't spot the pattern in the dates of all the 5 star reviews reviews. The cream doesn't harm the skin, but it doesn't do anything either. It definitely doesn't fade tattoos.
Edit after reply: I'm not expecting full tattoo fading in 3 months, not even close. I'd just like to point out that your website claims early fading from week 6, 8-12 weeks is noticable improvement and 2-4 months of use lead to "optimal results". As I wasn't expecting immediately results, I continued use for 5 full months (ordered a 6 month supply anyway, and there's zero fading). I also checked the money back guarantee but it's 3 months. So if you now state that fading can only be seen after 6 months+, then the website should be updated to be in line with this. Thank you

I find it very uncomfortable reading these fake 5 star reviews. I used this product and purchased a year supply. It does not work, there has been no change to my tattoo. I am happy to provide proof of purchase if required, as I can see the company has the audacity to challenge genuine reviews. Scam, do not buy.
Edit: Following the response my order number is 11282 placed on 25th April 2021. I used this daily for over 6 months and there was no change to the tattoo. You have multiple reviews expressing concern over your product, it is a waste of money. Just get laser, cream doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work
I am a genuine customer - I ordered a nine month supply of this cream back in October 2022 and it has not faded my tattoo in the slightest. I have followed all instructions and have been reaching out for months asking for a refund regarding their ‘money back policy’ however have not had a single response. Don’t waste your money
