Hi Ma,

Thank you for your review, though we're sorry to hear about your experience.

It’s important to clarify that Inkology is formulated specifically for tattooed skin areas and not designed or tested for use on delicate regions such as the eyelids or around the eyes. Using the cream in these areas is not only outside of our usage guidelines but also potentially unsafe.

This may explain why you didn’t see results — and why we always advise customers to follow the recommended usage zones and safety instructions included with every purchase.

We’re confident in our formula when used correctly, and we encourage customers to reach out with questions before use so we can guide them properly.

Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for your feedback.

Hi J.T.,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you didn’t get the results you were hoping for — but your experience doesn’t reflect what we see from the vast majority of verified customers who use Inkology consistently and as directed.

We have no record of any support enquiry or refund request under your name, which is disappointing — especially since we offer a clear Money Back Guarantee for customers who complete the full usage period and provide the necessary details.

Tattoo removal is a gradual, layered process that depends on skin type, ink depth, and consistency. To dismiss the product as “rubbish” after a year without engaging with our team raises questions — and doesn’t help others make informed decisions.

We stand by our formula, our results, and our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’d like us to review your case properly, we’re more than happy to do so through the proper channels.

Of course it doesn't work

Any reviews here that day this stuff work are fake. It doesn't work. Nothing apart from a laser or invasive treatment can remove a tattoo, I was stupid and desperate and fell for it. You cannot get a refund, they do not answer emails or the phone. Do not waste your money.

Update after their reply: I used this cream for a year and NOTHING happened. They do not reply to emails requesting money back and their phone number is invalid. Total scam, don't fall for it.

Hi Les,

We understand your frustration, but we must correct several misleading statements in your review:

We do not post fake reviews. The 5-star reviews you see are from verified customers who followed the recommended usage consistently and documented their progress. We encourage all potential buyers to read a wide range of feedback — both positive and critical — before purchasing.

Tattoo removal doesn’t require lasers. While laser is one option, it’s painful, costly, and not suitable for everyone. Inkology was developed to offer a non-invasive alternative that works gradually over time — and it has, for many real people.

We do honour our Money Back Guarantee when customers meet the clearly stated conditions: consistent use for the required period, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence. We also respond to every support request we receive — if we missed yours, we welcome you to try again through the proper channels.

Calling other customers’ experiences “fake” is unfair, inaccurate, and undermines the very real success many have had with Inkology.

We're here to help — but only when the conversation is genuine and respectful.

Hi Liam,

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t achieve the results you hoped for — but we must address several inaccuracies in your review:

We have no record of any refund request from your name or email in our support system. We respond to all legitimate enquiries within 24–48 hours and always honour refund requests that meet our clearly stated Money Back Guarantee terms.

Our contact details are accurate and functioning. If incorrect email addresses or phone numbers were used, we cannot be held responsible for failed communication attempts outside our official channels.

Thousands of customers have seen real results when using the product consistently and correctly. Dismissing the product as ineffective without any verified proof or contact undermines the experiences of genuine users who have documented their fading progress over time.

We remain committed to transparency, support, and helping customers achieve meaningful results — and we encourage all feedback that’s fair and factual.

BUYER BEWARE

SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!
Same as the others - used twice a day for a year on micro bladed brows (contacted them before and they confirmed the ‘gel’ would work and not to worry - covered by a full money back guarantee) but obviously didn’t work as it’s a scam. All the emails bounced back apart from the one to sales @ (weird huh). I received a quick response asking for my details + order number. Then nothing. Chased them, they responded to ask for the same details again. Informed them it’s been given already + photos, Nothing again. They think they’re clever and no intention of fulfilling the money back guarantee. Have reported to Trading Standards and will also do Consumer Affairs - if I get anywhere with a refund I’ll update my review. I hope this reviews affects their business, don’t waste your time or money.
UPDATE: Lovely lip service from them below but don’t believe them - contacted customer service with my details again and no reply. I wonder if there’s anyone who has actually received a refund from them? Doubt it. Come on Inkology, you’re sabotaging your business by being shady.

UPDATE July 2025 - replying two later says a lot! You took me round in circles with no intention of issuing a refund. I provided all the correct info over and over. It’s too late to make a credit card claim also, which I’m sure you realise. A very standard response and no guys, no refund was ever issued as per the money back guarantee so they don’t honour it, not even two years later : )

Hi Kat,

We’re genuinely disappointed to read your review — especially given the ongoing inaccuracies and the tone that unfairly misrepresents both our product and our customer service.

Let us address a few key points:

Inkology is not a scam. We are a legitimate brand with thousands of verified customers who have documented real progress over time using our cream. We provide a clear and transparent Money Back Guarantee, which we have honoured for all verified claims that meet the outlined criteria.

You were contacted and responded to. You acknowledge that we replied promptly and asked for your order details and proof of use — the same process applied to every customer to ensure fairness and consistency. We do not skip or ignore anyone, but we do require that all information be provided clearly in one complete submission to assess the request properly.

Email issues appear to be isolated. Our official email addresses are active, secure, and regularly monitored. If an email “bounced,” it was not through any fault or manipulation on our end.

Reporting us does not change the facts. You are absolutely within your rights to report to Trading Standards or Consumer Affairs — and we welcome it. We operate well within UK consumer protection laws, and we’re confident in the fairness and transparency of our process.

To clarify: if your application for a refund was complete and valid, it would have been processed. If there were missing details, we would have requested them again — as you noted. No business can be expected to issue refunds without complete verification.

We stand by the quality of our product, our guarantee, and our ethical customer support. Shouting "scam" in capital letters doesn’t make it true — it simply discredits the genuine experiences of others.

Hi Brenda,

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but your review contains inaccurate information that we need to correct.

You requested a cancellation after your order had already been processed and shipped — and as clearly stated in our policy, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be stopped in transit. This is standard across most e-commerce businesses.

We responded promptly to your request and provided the correct next steps for returning the item once received. Threatening legal action over a standard shipping process is both unnecessary and unfounded.

We’re always happy to help resolve any genuine concern, but reviews like this — which ignore clear communication and published terms — create confusion for future customers.

We stand by our service, our policies, and our commitment to fairness.

We’re disappointed by this review, as it contains several false claims that misrepresent both our product and our business.

✅ Inkology is a legitimate brand, backed by thousands of real customers who have shared verified results from consistent, correct use over time.

✅ We offer a clear Money Back Guarantee — and honour it when customers follow the required steps: 12 months of use, photographic proof, and proof of purchase. We do not issue refunds without proper documentation, which is standard practice for any guarantee policy.

✅ We respond to every verified support request through our official channels. If you contacted us and didn’t receive a reply, it’s likely your enquiry wasn’t submitted through the proper method or lacked the required information.

Calling us “not a genuine business” is not only untrue — it’s defamatory. We take pride in supporting our customers and delivering a non-invasive alternative to expensive treatments, and we stand by both our product and our integrity.

Hi Victor,

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, but your review leaves out key details that are essential to understanding our Money Back Guarantee process.

✅ You provided a receipt — which we received — but did not supply the required photographic evidence of daily use and visible lack of results over the 12-month period. This is clearly outlined in our guarantee terms and ensures fairness across all refund requests.

✅ Our team requested this additional documentation but did not receive a complete follow-up. We can only process valid claims that meet all criteria, just as any reputable business would.

✅ Inkology has helped thousands of verified customers achieve visible tattoo fading with consistent, correct use — and we stand by our results and our refund policy for those who genuinely qualify.

We encourage all customers to read the guarantee conditions carefully and reach out with complete information so we can support you properly. Partial submissions without required evidence unfortunately cannot be approved.

MEH Product

I tried this for over 6 months, my tatt didn't even budge. First off, it's more of a gel than a cream.
Secondly, it did nothing for my old black tattoo.
I didn't even try to contact the company because their guarantee is only for 90 days (quite convenient since they tell you you shouldn't even expect any results in the first 3 months).
Bought 4 tubes. Got stuck with a bunch of unused product. Wish I saw the rating and reviews here sooner. Not worth your time and money.

Hi Ewa,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear you didn’t get the results you were hoping for, but there are a few important clarifications to make:

Our formula is designed for gradual results over 6–12 months, particularly for older or deeply inked tattoos. This is clearly stated on our website and product packaging. Tattoo removal — even with laser — takes time and varies by skin type, tattoo age, and ink depth.

Our Money Back Guarantee is not 90 days — it's 12 months. We require consistent daily use for a full year, plus photographic proof and a valid receipt. This ensures fairness and allows the cream the time it needs to work effectively.

The product is a hybrid gel-cream — lightweight and designed for deep penetration without clogging pores or irritating skin. Its consistency is intentional and part of its effectiveness.

We wish you had reached out to our customer support team. We’re always happy to help, especially with guidance, clarification, or even refund support if the proper conditions are met.

While this product may not have been the right fit for you, we stand by its quality, our transparent refund policy, and the many genuine success stories shared by verified customers.

The most horrific company I have ever…

The most horrific company I have ever used . Spent £103, ordered in SEPTEMBER! I messaged numerous times about my order and never got a refund. They made lots of excuses and finally said I would get my money back, but randomly I received one out of three items in the post expecting this to be a goodwill gesture as my parcel hadnt arrived and I’d waited 6 months for a refund. Well no, I emailed to ask what’s going on with my refund and they said they had sent my whole order and because I didn’t have the packaging anymore they REFUSED to help me further. This isn’t even about the money anymore! It’s an absolute disgrace of a ‘company’ I don’t know how they are allowed to still exist when they scam customers constantly. Absolutely vile. If I don’t get more help then I will be taking this to trading standards and publishing this matter to my large social media following.

Hi Emily,

We’re sorry you feel this way, but your review includes serious misrepresentations that need to be addressed:

Your order was fulfilled. You placed an order for three items, and our tracking system shows all items were dispatched and delivered. You confirmed receipt of one item but were unable to provide packaging, product photos, or proof that the remaining items were not received — which is required for any further action.

We made every effort to resolve the issue, including offering a gesture of goodwill and ongoing communication. However, once a customer confirms delivery but cannot provide packaging or evidence of missing items, we cannot simply issue refunds without any verification — this is a standard, fair practice in e-commerce.

We do not “scam” customers. We are a legitimate business with a verified customer base, hundreds of 5-star reviews, and a clear refund and support policy. Accusations of being “vile” or “scammers” are false, defamatory, and cross the line into personal attack.

We welcome involvement from Trading Standards or any official body — our practices fully comply with UK consumer law, and we maintain detailed internal records for full transparency.

We understand your frustration, but we also have a responsibility to prevent misuse of our refund system. If you believe you have new, valid evidence to support your claim, we’re still open to reviewing it professionally — but personal threats and public defamation will not change the facts.

Hi Dale,

We take every review seriously — but shouting “SCAM” without providing any facts, proof of purchase, or evidence of use does not make it true.

Here’s what we can confirm:

✅ We offer a 12-month Money Back Guarantee, clearly outlined on our website. To qualify, customers must provide proof of consistent daily use and before/after photos. This policy ensures fairness and protects against misuse — and it's honoured for all eligible requests.

✅ We have no record of a completed refund request from your name that included the required documentation. We cannot issue refunds based on unverified claims — no legitimate company would.

✅ Thousands of real customers have seen visible results and shared their journeys. To dismiss all of that as a “scam” is not only false but disrespectful to those who followed the process and achieved success.

If you are a genuine customer and believe you’re owed a refund, we’re still open to reviewing your case — but only through the proper and respectful channels.

I bought this cream thinking it would actually work but this is a fake company and they are frauds. I bought this cream and when I got it it was more of a gel I just knew that this stuff was not legit and it was a huge mistake. The reviews on here that are positive are fake and I can't believe this company hasn't been taken down. This is not a legit company I actually emailed them and told them I want a full refund and that I would send their product back they were completely rude and it was super unprofessional please do not get this product it's not real and it's not going to work whatsoever. Whoever set this up is going to be in some legal trouble eventually. Please note that there is no tattoo removal cream out there that is FDA-approved. And any tattoo removal cream that you do get will not work.

Hi Love,

We must strongly refute the false and defamatory claims made in your review.

Inkology is a legitimate business, with thousands of verified customers and published reviews from real people who have followed the usage guidelines and seen visible, progressive tattoo fading. To label us a "fake company" without any basis or evidence is not only incorrect but also legally actionable.

The product is real, tested, and sold transparently. Its gel-cream consistency is part of its formulation — designed to be absorbed efficiently and safely into the skin. Discrediting its legitimacy based on texture alone is misleading.

Our customer service team is documented and responsive. We do not tolerate abuse, but we always reply to genuine enquiries submitted respectfully and with appropriate documentation. If you received a reply you considered “rude,” we encourage you to share the full communication, as we keep complete logs.

We do not claim FDA approval — nor do any tattoo removal creams on the market, as the FDA does not currently approve any topical solutions specifically for tattoo removal. This is clearly stated on our website and marketing materials. Making this a basis for your accusation of “fraud” is misleading.

Refunds are handled fairly and transparently through our Money Back Guarantee. As per our policy, a full refund is available to customers who use the product consistently for 12 months, provide photo evidence, and proof of purchase. We do not process refunds outside of these reasonable terms.

We reserve the right to challenge and report reviews that are defamatory, false, or intentionally damaging. Public accusations of “fraud” and “illegal activity” without evidence are serious and could result in legal consequences.

If you have a genuine concern and wish to resolve this matter professionally, we are happy to re-review your case — but not under the tone or claims presented here.

Hi Julie,

We take statements like this very seriously, especially when they contain false, harmful, and defamatory claims.

Let us be clear:

Inkology is a legitimate, registered business with thousands of verified orders and genuine customer reviews from real people who have shared documented results over time. Suggesting all positive reviews are “fake” is categorically false and misleading.

Our product is not fraudulent, nor is it unsafe. Every ingredient used in Inkology is compliant with UK and EU cosmetic safety regulations. The claim that it “causes nerve damage” is completely untrue, medically unfounded, and legally actionable if not retracted or supported with verified scientific evidence.

Throwing the product away and making no attempt to follow our 12-month Money Back Guarantee policy does not mean the company is at fault. We offer clear refund terms — including proof of consistent use and results — which are honoured for all eligible customers.

Accusations of fraud and health risk without evidence are defamatory. Publishing false claims about product safety can cause unnecessary fear and damage the reputation of a legitimate business, and we reserve the right to report and challenge these statements through legal and platform channels.

We strongly encourage honest feedback, even when it’s critical — but it must be based on facts, not misinformation. If you are a genuine customer with verified concerns, we remain open to communication through the proper, professional channels.

Hi Chloe,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but your review contains serious inaccuracies that need to be addressed:

Our Money Back Guarantee is real and honoured for all customers who follow the required steps: consistent use for 12 months, photographic evidence, and proof of purchase. This is outlined clearly on our website, packaging, and confirmation emails.

We have no record of a complete refund request under your name that includes the necessary documentation. Sending multiple incomplete emails without the required information does not qualify as a valid submission — and that’s likely why no refund was processed.

Our customer support system is active and responsive. If you used unofficial channels, incorrect email addresses, or failed to follow up with full details, that may have prevented your query from being resolved. Every legitimate request is tracked and answered.

Calling the guarantee “fake” and the company unresponsive is simply not true and misleads others who are considering the product based on realistic expectations and genuine experiences.

We remain committed to transparency and fairness. If you are willing to provide the full documentation as per our policy, we are more than happy to review your case again.

We take reviews seriously — especially when they contain false and defamatory statements.

Let’s be clear:

✅ Inkology is not a scam. We are a legitimate business with thousands of verified customers and genuine 5-star reviews from people who have followed the usage instructions and seen real, gradual fading of their tattoos.

✅ Our Money Back Guarantee is honoured — for customers who meet the clearly outlined requirements: 12 months of consistent daily use, before-and-after photo evidence, and proof of purchase. These terms are visible before purchase, during checkout, and in our FAQs.

✅ We respond to every verified support request. If we did not reply, it's typically because the message lacked the required documentation or was not submitted via the proper channels.

To claim “the positive reviews are from the people taking your money” is completely false and defamatory, and we reserve the right to report and challenge such baseless accusations. We welcome honest feedback, but not reckless misinformation.

If you are a genuine customer and wish to resolve your concern professionally, we are always open to communication — through the proper, respectful channels.

Worked for me!

This cream worked for me. I did laser tattoo removal and this cream actually worked better. The laser works good on black and blue tattoos. This cream worked faster for me on yellow and red tattoos. Those colors are harder to remove with laser. I was shocked to see the yellow tattoo disappear within a month. I will continue to use until all my tattoos are gone.
