Awful experience
Awful experience
Windows fitted 2 years ago and in that time 3 of the 6 window handles have failed on the locking / closing mechanism
These windows were not the cheapest either
You’d then think that the so called guarantee and after service would be good
That’s just as bad
Constant phone calls to get someone around to fix the issue
and the current one - 3 week wait
So after sales care is not a priority as well as delivering a poor product
Wish we had have avoided them
A new, and do much better, conservatory roof.
Our conservatory roof had deteriorated over the years. It was the triple layer polycarbonate type, very UV damaged, and with the end seals failing.
Taverham conservatories replaced the entire roof framework with a new alloy frame, glazed with slightly tinted, UV resistant double glazed glass panels.
All the work was done in one day, the workmanship was excellent, everywhere was left clean and tidy, all old material taken away. The three men who did the work really worked hard, and carefully and accurately. They arrived when they said, and worked throughout the day, everything being finished by 04:00pm.
The new roof is brilliant, lighter inside, but cooler, and the persistent draught that I could never trace has disappeared.
To say we are pleased is an understatement, the roof is better than it was when new.
Thoroughly and genuinely recommended.
