Paid for a item and special delivery didn’t get my item and still waiting for my refund for the extra delivery charge as I only got the money back for the item.

Apologies if you felt that the communication was bad but in regards to your review, we did communicate with you via instagram direct message and email.
Your frustration was with UPS because they had delivered your item to a local Access Point, they would only do this if the delivery attempt to your address fails.
You stated that the tracking said it would be delivered on Thursday but it was delivered on Wednesday. You ordered after 12pm on Monday so was dispatched the following day so in regards to the promise of 1-3 working day delivery. We delivered your item within 1 working day.
