Have not received my order but a got a email saying it had been delivered. Have sent 10 emails for 4 days now and still have not had even one reply to tell me where my order is !!!!! There is no contact number to reach them so I have paid 125 pounds for a tracksuit I still haven’t received????

Wrong Size Recieved Not My Fault
I ordered a pair of cargo trousers from Tax3. Size medium were ordered and listed on the shipping paperwork. When the cargo trousers arrived I received size small. Their is no phone number for customers to ring to enquire about returns. I have emailed Tax3 several times but still no reply. The returns policy says that the customer must pay for return of goods. This is not my fault for the wrong item received so why do I have to pay for postage ? The company phone number listed on their Facebook page rings but eventually rings off. Their isn’t a voicemail option. At present I would say buyer beware when using Tax3.

Apologies for receiving the wrong size.
In regards to the returns, if the return is based on an error from us then we cover the cost of the return.
We have grown a lot over the pass few months and we are hiring more staff to avoid customers having issues contacting us.
Hopefully we can turn that 1 star review into a 5 star one day.
