AVOID AT ALL COSTS
EDITING TO ADD: After speaking directly to Mo Malik (owner of Tax assist Banbury) who speaks over women, displaying clear traits of misogyny I’ve now reported to professional body of accountancy.
We’ve had nothing but no communication from Tax Assists Bicester. I’ve had emails left for weeks on end, I’ve had phone calls ring out, when I finally get through to them I’m told I’ll get updates on basic queries and still no contact! They did absolutely no work towards our tax return and I’m chasing them up for our agreed partial refund for a week and a half and still nothing! I was told that today we’d get an answer either from the accounts manager or direct from an accountant and SHOCKER we got nothing! I’d AVOID if you actually want work done and you like being able to contact your accountant! I wish we hadn’t wasted all these months with them!

I wanted some support on HRT and Pensions
I wanted some support on being quoted via the website "Tax Efficient: Financial Planning by TaxAssist work hand in hand with your accountant to ensure your pension savings are as tax efficient as possible." I turned up and was told I'm not a client and they couldn't help do calculations. Waste of time.
