Unfortunately they did not come for us at the right time, a day earlier, although I gave a good time when booking. As a comment, I even wrote there when, with which flight, where are we going. I set up the company on the morning of departure, but they said they came a day earlier because we booked it. In vain did I say that I have a booking sent by the company, I take a photo, I send it, they did not ask. We didn’t get any help, so we had to call a taxi ourselves and that cost me € 60 and we almost missed the plane.

I had booked a shuttle for 05:45 in the morning and this was stated correctly in the booking I received in the e-mail after confirmation. However, the driver arrived 3 hours too early, waking me up in the middle of the night. After some difficult communication with him it became clear a mistake was made and unfortunately he also could not help me arrange a shuttle in the morning at the correct time since his shift had come to an end. In summary, this was a very dissapointing experience and caused lots of stress for me on the day of travel.

I already did explain several times by telephone. I am still waiting for the refund

Super service! We arrived an hour earlier and the driver was instantly there! I advise everybody to book this service a great start to visit Venice

I recommend, our driver was very kind and the service perfect.

Taxi was ready when we arrived. We got transferred in a big bus, with a kot of space. During the high season in Kos it is better to pay a bit extra to have directly a taxi available otherwise you will stand minimum 2hrs in a line waiting for a taxi!

We did not get the driver and the car of the confirmation for both ways. Beside that they drove like crazy without any reason, which did not feel very comfortable ! They were on time and correct in their information and communication.

Sorry, to tell you this, but the driver made a mistake and he left me in a wrong place, i have to walk a lot and asking for help, really i am not happy, he was kindly but he left me far away (for me)

the service, which was not a service - was absolutley miserabel - because when guests arrived at the airport - the only information they got was - we do not have enough driver - so they cancelled the transfer. that simple! never ever again a taxitender booking again - and we have loads of transfers for customers during the season.

We found our taxi in the Thira airport without problems. The price and the service were ok.
