bad, he left us about 2 kilometers from the agreed drop-off point, bad service

Good service, but it wasn't the previous driver and he was late at the airport...

Vers serious and coutreous service with a very secure driver.

Nobody came and waited for us. We had a delay at the airport and we noticed the fly number.

Absolutely fabulous. My driver was there waiting with a sign. It was one of the smoothest transfer experiences I’ve ever had

I will give a 1 star because 0 is not available. We had the worst experience with this company. Me and wife booked this company weeks ahead to ensure someone was present at the time of arrival. We landed in Istanbul on August 7th hoping to see our names displayed somewhere in the waiting alley, but that was not the case (granted we had 20mis delayed) is no excuse to leave someone stranded at the airport. Unfortunately, by this time my phone was dead, no batteries asked a police officer to please contact them which she did but, the person we called denied nor wanted to help us (Very disappointed). We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which set us back $200TL.
I later contacted customer support and related our experience, they suggest for us to send photos of the place and proof we were there - send a photo and told them we there outside waiting, suggested them to forget the entire incident and instead pick us up at the hotel to take us to the airport since we had planned to go to Cappadocia. There was no response from customer service even two weeks after our trip. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My flight was very early but they pick me up on time. And everything was Okay.

On time and helpfull! The carseat for our little one of almost 2 years was also very good! When there was a lot of traffic on the highway, they took the fastest road to go to the airport. Whe also get the name and the number of the driver in advance so it was possible tot call him/her our send a message with Whatsapp.

The driver was kind , the car was comfortable

They cancelled by booking 6 hours before my booking time and it was extremely hard to find another taxi to take me to the airport

Transfer worked absolutely well, driver arrived in time and drove us to the destination as planned, driver was super friendly.

The Italian its a not internazional language but its necessary to know and to understand because the italian people are frequently travellers

It was perfect! We landed earlier in Venice but the taxi driver was already at the Airport with my familyname on the iPad screen. And we left Venice another very kind taxi driver brought us safely to the airport. I can recommend Taxitender!

Very professional service, on my arrival at the airport Petru was waiting for me, and we arrived 20 minutes before. The trip was very pleasant and rapid, he made himself available to me if I needed his service on any other occasion. For my return I had to change the pick-up time and he had no problem changing it.

Due to professional circumstances of the company we will have to return and of course we plan to use their services.

EXCEPTIONAL

My family was not picked up at the airport as expected. Numerous phone calls with the taxi driver or his assistant were difficult due to language barriers. After 70 minutes of waiting, we decided to continue our journey differently. This was a very bad experience especially with children. The taxi driver promised me immediate refund.

it would have been perfect if the taxi had dropped us off at the right hotel! luckily our hotel is next to the one where we were dropped off (we were dropped off at Mitsis rodos village instead of Mitsis Rodos Maris)
