Very disappointing
The trip from the airport to our hotel was good. Our driver waited for us at the airport. For the trip from the hotel to the airport, no driver showed up. I contacted customer service and they said we had to book another taxi and we'd get a refund. He would send us an email saying how we would get our money back. Never got an email. Never got a refund. Very disappointing

When we arrived we were looking for our driver with our name tag. Unfortunately there was nobody. After asking several shuttle service employees we found our shuttle service desk. We presented our prepaid ordered privat shuttle voucher, but he couldn’t find us on the list. After a while (approx 30 minutes) the employee organized a cab. I want to point out that the shuttle service employee was really friendly and tried his best to find a solution. But unfortunately the reality couldn’t fit our expectations.
If your looking for a great shuttle service with Name Tag, luggage service etc. This is not the right provider. For simple service it’s ok but in my opinion too expensive.
For the transfer back to the airport, I will not book the transfer with this provider.

Bad experience, bad service!
Bad experience. Bad experience. I ordered and paid for a round trip. The outward journey went very well. Driver came on time. But reurn trip was forgotten. Pick up time was 4am, called driver and he forgot and just said: oh sorry, you have to call a he taxi.
I had to order a taxi at short notice and arrived at the airport just in time.
Feedback was: please wait for refund. That was over 1 week ago and still no repayment! outrageous. never book it again. !!!
