We booked a taxi from airport to our resort and also v.v. and we are very satisfied about the service. The drivers were very kind and, very important, they were on time.

Great service. Driver was there early and very polite. Very clean car and comfortable ride. He even took our bags all the way to the check in counter.

Easy and clear to book in advance. Went very smoothly. At arrival airport the taxi was already there and we were awaited by namesign.

Great service @ pickup and the same experience on our way back, we received an WhatsApp message for pickup time and location.

Two stars to driver and good quality of shuttle bus. First when we arrived we wait almost two hours to start our trip. The return was even worse! We received the confirmation of pick up time from hotel at 16:30. We ( my mom and 2 year old daughter) was at pick up point at 16:25. Wait 1 hour and no shuttle bus shows up. We designed to take a taxi instead so we not missed our flight. So I will not take this “taxi shuttle “!!

Taxi in time , available by phone. The taxi plate number and the driver number are sent before so we could contact him.
The car clean and the drive was safe.

Everything went perfekt. The Driver was on time and the vehicle was very clean. All drivers I had so far were very polite and drove moderate so I felt very safe. One thing that might has to do with your software was that I placed a note in my order that I will travel with one suitcase and one kitebag. The drivers could just see the Information that I travel with two suitcases so on my way back it was very tricky to place the big kitebag in a Sedan. So probably it would be better to transfer more detailed baggage information to the driver. I will definitely recommend your service and book it again the next time traveling.

The pick up was perfect, your driver very nice, but the car and the car ID was not the one which was confirmed

What can I say?
They didn’t pick us up at the Eindhoven airport! We were there an hour waiting with luggage and 4 persons around 23:00 hours.
After a phonecall they say: we don’t have a taxi for you!! We cancelled your trip they said. We didn’t receive any mail about this.
We are still waiting for the money we paid. We had to take 2 expensive cab’s.
I want them to pay it.
So, be aware! Never this agent again!

We left the airport early, the driver was already there. It was perfect, because we didn't have to wait.
A downside, "sporty" driving ...

I arrived on time at Catania airport (Italy). As all people coming from France, I had to go through the antigenic test taking about 40 min. When I went out at the arrival, no taxi driver was waiting for me and nobody (bus, shuttle or taxi drivers) could help me. Therefore, I had to take a taxi to reach my hotel that charge me € 34,50 ! I would appreciate to be refund from my invoice of € 28,27 payed sept 07/2021. Thanks.

The taxi service was very well in time and correctly executed.
Unfortunately the car was a bus instead of the agreed sedan car.
And this was not so good for the big back problems my wife had to deal with.

I was more than content with your service! I had booked only a normal shuttle and got a wonderfol single transfer to my hotel!

Unfortunately the taxi was not at the airport when I arrived. I got a text message two hours later from the company saying the taxi had just arrived and was I still there. Taxi tender needs to do more diligence about the providers they work with.

Trustworthy. Driver was ready on time. What is confusing is that I booked with TaxiTender and later received two different vouchers: one from TaxiTender and one from Taxi2airport. The driver was also someone else than indicated, as was the car. The driver also had the wrong destination address. Glad I asked about it.

Disappointing- driver did not show up. Handling the problem took 1hr. The driver did not call me. It was said that the number stored was wrong - it was correct. It was good to offer me a refund and that the company is going to pay the alternativ taxi.
