Sensational Service!
We booked TaxiTender in September for our airport transfer from Treviso to Venice. The online booking was easy and confirmed quickly. A very friendly driver met us at the airport and then drove us to Venice in a new Mercedes van. The pick-up also worked out very well. TaxiTender also took care of a boat transfer from our hotel to the car. Everything was perfectly organised. I would use this service again and again.

Many additional fees hidden first when I booked the transfert. Error from taxi tender in the booking hour, which required numerous calls to the client service to fix it. I’m still waiting for a receipt with all the fees I paid. In a nutshell : price not worthy !

Worst driver ever
The Taxi-Drivers get only two stars!!! And that is for being punctual on the first drive. On the second drive they came 30 Minute to late, which is not acceptable. They drove WAY to fast!! We even have told the driver that we Are scared but he didn‘t care. We had a pregnant woman with us, who was scared as well and he didn‘t care either. Worst Service I had.

Driver did not come
Driver did not come, I could not reach driver by phone; customer service also did not replied by phone. I took taxi and was almost missed the flight. Very bad experience

This is horrible service
This is horrible service. Cancellation at the last minute. No taxi at arrivals. Calling the company for more then 4 times…I paid 160 euros and my money is gone… don’t ever use this company!!!

At arrival the taxi was not there
At arrival the taxi was not there. Called service center and they told me that they could not find a taxi driver so the booking was cancelled. An E-mail conformation was sent the same morning when I was already on the plane. Cannot recommend this service!
