Quik respons, excellent service. Taxi was there is time. Driver was friendly.

All arrangements were well done the only issue was the taxi transfer back to the airport from the hotel, the transfer was 40 minutes late due to traffic which meant that planning for possible traffic delays was not carefully thought out laving a last minute panic and rush to the airport to catch my flight.

Good service, although the taxi driver spoke little english. We were with a party of 5 people. We were brought to the airport in two cars. We were at the airport on time. No worries.

PERFECT
The driver and the company keeps you updated and take contact about the departure/landing. We walked outside the building and the driver was there. The driver was kind as well and took us to the front of the hotel.

The service from booking till end was all perfect and organised. All emails and instructions arrived before journey ,a very polite driver was waiting for us with a board with our names on it , all in all can’t fault the service and highly recommend it .Thank you for the service .

Great driver in Rome. Crazy traffic, but he handled it very well.

U wrote that the taxi would be waiting at the meeting point, see instructions in my voucher. There were no instructions for that and on the airpoint was no meeting point. I requested if he could hold a sign with my name, he didnt and took al long time to find him, he was waiting inside his taxi who all were white.we were the only one left and asked all drivers who where standing outside their car. I phoned and not 1 word of english! No clue where he was waiting. He was just sitting in his car! Than he dropped me not in front of the appartment but down a steep hill with two people in there eighties and two suitcases. He could not speak one word english so we were happy we didnt had a return. No thx for taxi tender, took another for the return. Gr Saskia

Pick up was on time and exactly where I was told it would be. My driver was very nice. We made it to my hotel safely and quickly.

Taxi driver did not show up.

Customer service said i would receive a refund, but this did not happen. I can’t get a response from the company anymore.

Huge waste of money.

We were first off the plane and through the airport with luggage in 10 minutes flat but our driver was waiting for us with a large, clear sign and his car parked 20 meters away. Spotless vehicle driven expertly - a dream pick up really. First class.

as I wrote to you at the time (but received no answer) despite precise instructions about when I would arrive and that driver was requested 20 mins later, driver was late ("stuck in traffic")...many other people were piked up during this time, their drivers seemed to have no trouble with the traffic. Then it was not even the driver you notified me - different name, different car, different licence plate. I felt unsafe and I got to my hotel later, and for more money, than if I had just taken a taxi. Will never use your service again.

Excellent service, 2hrs delayed and the taxi was still waiting for us in Athens!! Friendly driver, will use the service again when needed!

In fact I did not expect so high service, new cars, super drivers, on time pickup, low price.
I recommend the other to use this service. I will always use it.

Nice driver, we kind, perfect all in all !

I never had my taxi. I called and the driver of the 'step taxi' company told me that he did not have a reservation. Suddenly nervousness, stress and waste of time. a horrible experience. never again ... I ask for reimbursement and compensation. I hope for the return there will be no problem.

I’m still waiting for the refund due to the cancellation of this service.
It’s out of your control due to the no traffic allowed in Brussel on Sundays but the refund should not take one month .

The service was great! The car has a lot of space for two of us and some backpacks. The driver arrived on time which was 1:50am. Everything went very smoothly to the airport.

Good service. We booked a shared taxi from Kos airport to hotel. First ride was with a larger taxi bus with total of 6 people
Second ride was with a small van with 2 other people.
