All good with taxi tender. Good service and there was no problem. And cheap also !

I recently used the services of TaxiTender to get to the Odessa, Ukraine airport in the predawn hours. The driver was prompt and courteous. I'll gladly use TaxiTender in the future.

An excellent service which I would use again.
Booking was easy and we were met at the airport and introduced to our driver swiftly. The car was clean and the driver drove carefully.
During our stay, due to Covid restrictions we had to change our return journey at short notice and could not amend on the website but was able to WhatsApp the local provider who arranged for the changes.
Fantastic and reasonably priced service.

Hello I have to ask for a refund, as I have not used your transport.
Your driver did not show up at the appointed time 9:30 am or even at 8:30 am as confirmation from the reception of the THB TROPICAL ISLAND hotel, thus risking to make me miss the plane to Italy.
I had to use a taxi, which I expect reimbursed, I have a receipt proving it, as well as your failure to transfer.

Overal a positive experience. The driver that had to bring us to the hotel, was late due to a mistake. But he made it up by being very helpfull with crucial information for a footbal game. The ride back was perfect. On time and nive classfull van. I can recomend this agency

Greatvservice, great driver

Waited even with flight delay, very sympathetic driver, super nice car and took me the closest way possible to my destination within the city center. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

The service provided has been very professional, punctual and satisfactory, of course as soon as we can repeat it and without a doubt we will recommend it to family and friends.

You were not in time and went to wrong terminal. When the driver came after more than 30 minutes we had to walk a long way ti the car. He did'nt find his way i Rom and let us us a long way to walk to our hotel. Never again Taxi Tender.

This time the driver was not on the meeting spot in the airport nor outside where all the taxies did their pick ups in Mexico City, Terminal 2, door 4..We tried to app directly to the driver, sent update with foto’s , no answer for half an hour. Then we sent whatsapp to the company. Took another half an hour before taxi was there

Perfect. Our flight was too early (1,5 hour) and the taxi was ready to this early time without notice from us. Comfortable car. Friendly driver.

The driver was on time, waiting for us at airport with my name...He was so kind...I recommend this company at 100%.

The website first showed me no available rides to the airport a day before departure. After a second time it did, but I did not notice that the site changed the date to the next Monday. By the time I noticed this it was already too late to change it. I tried to call the taxi company but nobody picked up. You can cancel the ride but you won't get your money back.

*edit: After some emails I was refunded. Still, do double check before paying as the website seems to have it's own ideas on when should you travel.

the driver was not there. We waited until 1:30 in the morning with our baby and our luggage, we had to use another means of transport, and you want to charge for the fare. Scam.

Driver also very friendly and helpful.
Exceeds expectations.
