nobody came to the airport , my client paid a new taxi directly in JFK airport , no body answer Phone

When we arrived at the airport we had to wait 15 minutes before the bus left. The bus made 3 stops at other resorts before it was our turn to get off the bus, so it really depends on the location of your resort whether it will be a long bus ride or not.
For the transfer back we received a note on what time the bus would be there the next day for us to be picked up. We were the first to pick up and the bus stopped at almost 10 other resorts, so that was a really long ride..
All in all, it was super cheap and therefore good price/quality!

Excellent service, can highly recommend! We ordered a taxi from the airport in Curacao to our accommodation. A few days in advance I already received an extensive email with driver information/location of meeting point at airport, timings, etc. Very thorough and clear. When we got there our driver waited for us while we had to wait a bit longer for our (odd size) luggage to arrive. Great service and would definitely use it again for our next trip!

Great service, safe ride and driver with good knowledge of Riga and good skills of english.

I booked a service but 2 weeks before I had to change my flight. I changed thé transfer and I received a confirmation message telling me it was changed. It was not true I called to make sure the booking was alright and they told me there was no booking for that day. It was the day before my flight.

Car was a lil bit old but for the rest nothing to complain. Nice driver and the time was as anticipated

Very reliable, on time and good price for two persons and 5 pieces of luggage. I booked a taxi because I didn’t know Las Palmas, the taxi took us to the exact address and also helped us with our luggage. I strongly recommend.

My paid reservation was cancelled just about an hour before I was supposed to have been picked up by the taxi that I had reserved. VERY disappointing.

this transfer was okay , but i have a complain Refrance to booking ID 1138154444 , i cancelled the reservation 1 day before the service date and you didn't help us for the refund we are so upset for this treatment i hope you solve it and help us by minimizing the fees or waiving it

We had a reservation for 6 people an 6 piece of luggage. The driver had the information that we are 5 people without luggage, so his car was too small. After a discussion of 20 minutes and no help from the agency, we got another driver with a bigger car, which we had to pay again. The driver of Taxitender said, we will get a refund - we will see!
