I wrote the following mail to Airmundo, who were responsible for the service. I have received no response.

Here is what I sent:

I am contacting you to let you know how badly your driver let my wife down on Monday 21 March (booking code D2J6VA).

The trip from Goirle to Eindhoven airport on 21 March was booked for my wife to catch flight HV6473 at 14.30. She phoned your driver the previous day to confirm the day and time, and received a confirmation by SMS that the taxi would arrive by 12.00 on the Monday. On the Monday, the taxi was still not there at 12.15, so she phoned and the driver said he had made a mistake and thought the departure was on Tuesday!

He said he could get to Goirle in 30 minutes – which he did – so my wife had 45 minutes less time to get to the airport and carry out all of the pre-flight and boarding formalities. The driver then tried to drop her off at the taxi park although he knew that she walks with a stick and had a suitcase and carry-on bag! He finally agreed to put her down closer to the airport.

My wife succeeded in catching the flight, but you can imagine the additional stress that this delay caused her – especially added to the stress she already was already under as her trip involved helping to organize and attending her brother-in-law’s funeral!

I realize that mistakes can occur, but on our side we had done everything reasonable to avoid this situation.

Could I therefore suggest that, by way of apology, you order a nice bunch of flowers to be delivered to my wife.

I hope I can count on your gallantry to deal with the situation as I suggest.

I couldn’t find the driver

I couldn’t find the driver. First after two telephone calls he show up. He couldn’t find the arrival address whiteout problems in spite of gps.

Don't give what is promised

We booked a cab from te airport to our hotel. Two days later we booked a cab from our hotel to the airport.

We came at Katowice airport, but there was no driver. Also the agency couldn't get a cab for us. We are still waiting on te money back... we were left on the airport and needed to book our own transportation at our own expense.

The driver for the way back was very nice and I have no complaints about him.

at all, ist was okay

The Driver was not at the Time of Date at the Place. We asked others Drivers, of Others company, they called for us our Driver. He came 20 Minutes later. Perhaps, He tried to Kontact me, but my Telefon was cloused and at Istanbul I do not have Internet.

I tried to change my booking by…

I tried to change my booking by replying on your e-mail. I didn't receive any answer. I have prepaid for my service, but had to book another taxi because I could not reach you. I am very disapointed, and I would very much receive a refund. I look forward to hear from you

Good service

This is the second time. I already reviewed your service a few minutes ago! The service , the Car , the driver everything was very good. NOT so good is that you choose to communicate in English. We are as you know in the Netherlands dus spreek en schrijf Nederlands met mij !

Wen we were at the airport of arrecife…

Wen we were at the airport of arrecife there was no driver waiting for us.
We called the office and they really tried to help us.
But there still did not come anyone to drive us to the accomodation. We had to take a regular taxi.
At last we heard there will be a payback.
For the return reservation were no problems.
The driver was very accurate in time.
