I would highly recommend Taylor CV's for anyone needing a brand new CV or a make over. I bought the package that included a LinkedIn profile too. Initially I dealt with Matt, who was very patient and thorough when on our call together and was very prompt with any amendments required and resulted in a CV I was really pleased with.
Fast forward 8 months & I needed to add a new job to my CV so I emailed Taylor CV's seeing if they would do an update at a small cost. Dale replied the next day & said he would be happy to update my CV free of charge as it is still within 12 months of my original purchase. This is a fantastic service and demonstrates not everything additional will come at additional cost! Dale was also excellent and updated my CV very promptly and also updated my LinkedIn profile as part of the service too! Thank you Dale for all of your help, as a result I've recommended you & your company to others needing a CV.

Second Time Back Within 11 Months
Wow what can I say, I have used Taylor CV twice, once last year which helped me secure a job in my requested field within a month and now I used them again to update my CV. Honestly the work Louise and the team do are amazing.
When I called on Wednesday afternoon to request assistance I was told the time-frame in which I made my request falls under the warranty period (something I didn't know) which saved me money. They could have easily charged me £50 or whatever the rate is but they didn't. The following day I received my updated CV and Covering Letter.
Believe me, you will not regret your choice. Best CV writing company there is!!!

Deserves zero or minus stars
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This has to go down as the worst service I have ever received from a company. I instructed the company to compile a CV for my daughter who is dyslexic, this service carried a charge of the princely sum of £95.99. My daughter is a third year student at university so the CV was not a career breaking/making compilation. After several emails communicating with numerous different people in the organisation the final draft CV still spelling, syntax and grammatical errors. They actually used the wrong word which had absolutely no relevance to my daughter’s experience or education. The word explementary, the definition referred to an ancient medieval term use in mathematics to describe arcs!!!! I think the word they were aiming for was exemplary. They posted her current work experience in past tense. They missed out several punctuation marks, there were several spelling mistakes. They refused to communicate with me, even though I was legally their client as I instructed and paid for the service. The employees of this company should all be wearing masks and toting pistols, I was victim of their daylight robbery!! Shocking service in my opinion. I will open a case with Trading Standards.

Taylor CVs maintains communication solely with the individual taking part in the service. The client may not be the individual who paid for the service, but they are the only individual who can be deemed as being the “client”.
Complaints, refunds, amendments, communication can only be handled with the client taking part in the service. Due to data protection, we will not discuss a client’s service with any 3rd party – even when claiming to be family and friends.
We do make an exception to Carers of our Clients or if a client is under the age of 18, however, this was not the case.
