Fees attached to the auction cost (in the small print of the legal pack) that we almost equal to the cost of the property.
On completion day I found out that the keys were the other side of the country. When they posted them to me two days later they forgot to include the key to the main entrance of the property.
Lack of transparency and competency - strongly recommend not using this company!

SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
This would be zero if it could be. After purchasing a flat via their auction site they took my deposit with out their due diligence on the seller. The legal pack made available after the sale had all kinds of information missing as well as extra special conditions that equated to an extra £8000! After trying to pull out of this deal and have my payment refunded via my solicitor Taylor James were non responsive i ended up losing nearly £10,000 from a fraudulent company with no help from Taylor James at all. I encourage anyone looking at a property been sold by Taylor James to seek a solicitors advice first as Taylor James will be of no help once they have taken money from you.
I had a really bad experience with these guys. Once they have received their payment deposit for the property they have on auction. They become non responsive. Prior to that they send threatening emails out about closure of account and cancellation of contract. The contract they provided was misleading and the sale was cancelled as the solicitors found many faults in the contract. They would not associate them with the sale of the property at that point, and referred me to a third party. Although all payments were paid to Taylor James Auction. From that point I knew it was a fraudulent company and that I lost £8000 on deposits plus another 900 on fees for the conveyance solicitors. Please avoid them at all cost.
