Very fast turn around from ordering to receiving the item 🙂

I have been a loyal Taylor of Old Bond Street customer since 2011. That is when I bought my brush & razor set from them (which I still use daily), along with the St. James Collection Luxury shaving cream and the Mr. Taylor's Luxury aftershave balm. These are the only two shaving products I have used for the past 14 years and I just restocked my supply for another year. The cream once lathered is thick and allows my razor blade to glide smoothly resulting in a very close cut and incredibly soft skin. The aftershave balm quickly closes my pores and has never resulted in any kind of ingrown hairs or acne. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer!

It would have been 5 stars but for the bubble-wrap packaging used in mail-order. Time to go greener!

I have been purchasing shaving cream from this company for many years. Back in Feb/March I purchased some through Amazon and was disappointed to find no plastic plate to keep the cream stable, I put this down to maybe a knockoff product so I recently ordered more direct from the MFG. Had exactly the same problem. I assume they are trying to save cost, but you have lost a future customer.

They contacted me when I was having difficulty in placing an order and got it sorted for me. I then got my order within a few days. Have been dealing with them for several years and always got my orders promptly.

I’ve bought goods from Belgium. On the invoice I paid TVA. When DHL delivered I’ve to pay again taxes. When I enquire with the customs they declared that Talor of Bondstreet did not declare that I already paid taxes for import to Belgium. So I paid taxes twice while Taylor of Bondstreet did not declare the races to customs.
