I have been waiting the entire day and…

I have been waiting the entire day and night, repeatedly requesting an engineer to come. I have been calling every few hours to ensure the engineer's arrival. However, on multiple occasions, I have experienced situations where the engineer has too many jobs and fails to reach the next customer. Instead of rescheduling or communicating the delay, they falsely mark the visit as "no access to the building."

This has happened to me several times before, and an honest engineer previously admitted that this is a common practice.

If anything happens to me tonight due to the lack of hot water and heating—especially with a small child at home—T Brown will be held responsible.

disgraceful company

disgraceful company. Put's people's life's at risk, lie, don't turn up to do work, turn up when there's no appointment, fix boiler only for it to break, just over 24hrs later. Don't care less about people. I wouldn't even give them one star. I've noticed they just give same old response in their reply's to reviews. Fixed boiler on Friday at around 10.40 pm broke Sunday around 2.45pm. refused to come out to fix it today. Left me no heating and hot water. I need to wash body parts often because of infection. I'm a very ill person. No care at all from the guy I spoke to today and a total jobs worth. You messed up but you don't want to send anyone out. Leave me with no heat and no hot water. If your staff done their job right I wouldn't be in this mess. What goes around comes around and I hope and pray it comes around 40 times worse for you all. Was meant to get a call tonight but that didn't happen. Don't wipe their feet when coming in even when raining. Banging banging my letter box because staff member thought he left took bag at my home. Engineer fixed Friday night, and another guy turns up Saturday at around 5om to fix boiler. When already fixed. So showing they don't know what their doing. Last week they didn't do my brother yearly check right. This is 2nd time they went to his home. First time they left gas leak. Heartless people.

Lied about attendance.

They could stop lying about attending. Taking a photograph of your door is proof of them taking a photograph of your door and nothing else. I've been without heating and hot water for 3 days now for a broken down boiler that was only fitted 3 months ago.
It's shocking that they are still being contracted when their performance is so poor.

Gas annual safety check attended my…

Gas annual safety check attended my house yesterday and didn’t close the valve of my gas meter entry box, left me with a gas leak for over 24 hours before I realised the box is 3 meters from my oven I cooked this morning with my 12 year old son and 3 year old daughter on-site, the engineer was on a personal call the whole service no wonder he left the valve undone. He seriously endangered mine and my children’s lives and I cannot complain to Lambeth council or directly to t brown this is highly disturbing

Worst company

Worst company. They lie and lie and make one feel miserable. How can a company like t brown still allowed to operate when they do not care and hold no integrity in what they stand for...So much poor reviews and complaints, yet nothing is being done to shut down t brown. Why is the councils contracting t brown when all they do is make people's life so miserable, why???

Jokers. I have waited in for two days for these. I was told they would be out Monday, then Tuesday, now its Wednesday. Bloody joke.

Horrible experience rude staff

I called Peabody at 9 am who were kind and helpful the put out an urgent priority work detail as I'm registered disabled and I am very vulnerable due to severe degenerative arthritis. I was informed the work went out to T brown. I called them at 12:30/1 pm as I was freezing with no boiler activity. I spoke to a rude woman who told me Your booked in for 1-5 pm I asked -to confirm- that means I have to wait until 5 before I call back she replied yesterday I said thank you for your time and ended the call. I am stone cold my daughter called me this morning 9/1/25 at 6:30 to see how I was doing she is on her way here before she gets the kids of to school to bring me a heater as these people still haven't turned up. They are more than aware of my venerability and are providing service at below par I suggest to the woman on the phone if you don't want to hear people's voice don't work answering phone's as it's a job that requires 2 way conversation s. I hope Peabody send different contractors when I call this morning

Liars!!

I had a lack of heating and hot water in my residence for more 12 hours, and despite my attempts to resolve it, I have yet to see any progress. They stated that an engineer came out to my property and called my phone but there is no proof and no calls. I have a baby that’s under one and a pregnant wife.
Being left without heating and hot water is not only uncomfortable but also concerning for health and safety, especially during the current season. I have reached out to their customer service department on numerous occasions, but there has been no definitive solution or timeline provided for when this issue will be addressed.

Absolutely shitty shocking company

Absolutely shit company! I called this morning saying I have no hot water or heating, they said they’d come out up until 8pm, I waited and waited with no show.. I called at 2 mins past 8, for them to say the engineer did attend, he took a pic of the front door, knocked and called, WHAT A LIE!! I have been calling several times today to make sure the engineer is still going to attended, I have 3 young children, my youngest being 11 months, and my house is freezing!! I also have a broken front door and no letter box that’s letting such a big draft in! The man came.. didn’t call, I have no missed calls and my phones on loud, (but other people are able to get through no problem) he didn’t buzz to get into the block (apparently he let himself in the block) took a picture of the door and left, this guy did not even try! He came, let himself in the block, took a pic of my front door (to make it look like he tried) and left, not the 1st time I’ve had trouble with these! Shitty company, if you don’t want to do your job and carry them out, then give them to someone who will! Why would I call several times a day.. and not answer my door or phone for you to fix the job! Absolute job worth spanners!!

T BROWN NEED STRIKING OFF

You only have to read the reviews to see what a disgusting service t brown give. I live at home with my elderly heart patient father. End of November 2024 I had emergency bowel surgery was discharged after 3 weeks i am also a cancer patient the following
day our heating broke down called t brown send someone out the following day told needed new gas valve had to order it 3 days later appointment booked got a call AM saying the part was not there had to re-order so re-booked 7 days later came to fit said new part faulty needed to re-order another one booked appointment to fit it call recieved to say part not in had to re-order booked a priority appointment for a supervisor to come on the Friday just after néw year to fir it had a call on the Friday AM to say part not there I told them that there were 2 highly vulnerable people in our property due to my medical issues plus stoma bag due to my op we were boiling kettes for hot water we were using 2 blow heaters costing us more many they offered another 2 heaters asked them who will pay for this? I got a call on Monday morning to say that they will come AM tomorrow to fit the part I am not holding my breath. Moral of the story it doesn't matter how vulnerable, ill or your age even if they have this evidence on their records it doesn't matter they do not care the managers sit on their backsides dictating to the engineers making excuse after excuse. I have put in a complaint to hounslow Council and also sent an email to local MP. I will also be emailing the head of hounslow Council just to make them aware of how their tenants are being treated. They have a duty of care and they are definitely not providing it and getting away with it. How can this go on this is inhumane treatment. I do agree with one review if you are in charge of such large areas and use nearly all of the same boilers why do they not kep these in stock themselves? The ordering of the parts and failure to get the parts I'd clearly a big issue in the complaints. I am sure this review will not get a reply as I can see they started to reply last year then it seemed to stop wonder why. T brown WAKE UP start listening to your customers

Was an employee on 15 pound an hour was ment to be on bonus they out you on bonuses for a week then took me off I am an electrician and as clearing 435 a week told them I couldn't eat o thos and pay bills managers words that your problem plumbers get really good money but electricians stay away you will be financially abused I am currently having a breakdown as can't afford Xmas for my children now electricians do not work here you have been warned but electrician. Supervisor and admin are amazing just want to get that out there they all ain't bad

My walls are turning black due to dust inside the radiators blowing up the walls!!!! I’ve been on the phone all day due to this matter!! No one seems to watch to remove them this is the 2nd time too decorate due to the dust!!! T Brown have removed 3 covers and left 3 what sense does that make? Between Peabody and T Brown are a joke!!! So I guess I will be removing them myself!!!! Disgusting company

T brown are liers and one big fat joke they came to put a part in my dad's boiler on Tuesday the guy that came said that other parts where needed which had to be ordered he then proceeded to turn the boiler off leaving my frail elderly father without hot water and heating my dad is not a well man and can not afford to be left like this I called T brown that day and insisted they get the boiler fixed and turned back on asap due to my father's health they called my dad and said they would be there Wednesday well my dad called me at 9pm on Wednesday to say they had not come I called them again at 9pm to be told the engineer was not answering his phone so there was nothing they could do so for a second freezing cold night he was left they promised it would be priority on Thursday well I called them at 3,pm to be told the job was booked for Friday now liers they don't know what honesty is they should repair the boiler within 24hrs for vulnerable people but they don't care

Spoke to a wonderful man Ketan, after some recent issues with my boiler, Ketan handled himself really well on the phone, he listens carefully and was clear and detailed with reasonings something that I have not experienced before with T brown, thank you Ketan

This company is one big joke

This company is one big joke. We got a leak right outside or door witch has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Come and looked at it said we can't fix it because we don't have the part ie plastic hot water pipe feeding or flat. Then after the 4th visit tells me it's on order but basically they did not give a crap about us because one minute they are doing the job then after a call to them on Monday 18/11/2024 it now turns out it's not their job this after 3 sodding weeks with two buckets outside or door. Now they are telling me I have to go back to peabody trust To get it sorted out. This company is absolutely diabolical you should be bloody ashamed of yourself T brown nothing but a joke of a company full stop. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Useless

We waited in for the electric to come to put our fire in twice he never came , waited for over 4 years for them to put heating & hot water in, been told different things from 8 different people. Been told they can put the boiler under the stairs, in our airing cupboard, in the kitchen & now in our utility room.

What are we meant to do ? It’s freezing & going to get colder. But why would they care when they can go home to their lovely warm houses with hot water

TBrown is unfit for purpose

Wall thermostat broke Tuesday 5th Nov Engineer came out said needed Electrician from TBrown to fit a new one. An ill elderly person with dementia lives in the property. Booked to come Friday 8th....never turned up. No update from them informing us no one was coming. Said they had left message on answerphone but i havnt got one. Over 2 hours trying to get through on phone ...no one picked up. Said press 1 and position in queue would be held and would get a call back. NO CALL RECEIVED. They shut at 5pm when it is switched over to On Call out of hours. 52 mins it took for them to answer just to be told they couldn't give any info on day appointments. However they conveniently managed to call the Electricians Manager who said nothing he can do. Will have to be rescheduled to next week. Lied and said the Electrician had sent email to say couldn't attend appt after all.. Now left without heating since Tuesday until sometime next week.
Totally unreliable unhelpful unprofessional and untruthful company and employees. Company is not fit for purpose and their Contract with Housing Associations should be reassessed for renewal as they are not fulfilling their responsibilities /repairs. Why isn't the Owner of this Company being made accountable for how his company is being represented and run?

They can't do their jobs

They can't do their jobs. Each time one of these useless "engineers" come here they complain they can't fix it, wrap it up, come do your role and be prepared, on about "ordering parts" and "I can't fix it" so blatantly useless and incompetent I genuinely hope this company goes bankrupt somehow, none of you can do anything. And you dont even show up half, if not all the time, lazy aswell.

Where do you find these employees?
What's their graduation?
Their qualifications?

Do you just grab random people off the streets and call them engineers?

Do what your paid to do.
