Very helpful and knowledgeable as I had not decided on which colour of the model of car I wanted. The salesman was great and help out a great deal in explaining how the car worked. Would recommend TC Harrison Ford to anyone and would buy through them again.

I had an excellent experience at TC Harrison Ford Peterborough. A special mention to Lucy on reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to discuss the most suitable service for my car given its age, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole process ran smoothly.
The service itself was completed well within the specified time, and I noticed a real improvement in the drive of my old Fiesta afterwards – it feels much better on the road.

First thing when I entered the show room someone (Ken) took the trouble to ask me what I would like to see. Seems pretty obvious, hey, you would be surprised the showrooms where your virtual invisible.
Ok, then he gets to know more about my needs and offers a few choices. Now I like to go fishing and know when the fish are interested and ready to feed they need hooking and bringing in. And this was me ready to be landed like. Now when I bring a good fish in you have to be both firm and gentle, not let them get spooked and watch out for the last gasp bid for freedom. So I was expertly bought to the net and now I’ve got myself a Kuga, which at the moment, I am really happy with.

I was here for my first ever mobility vehicle. It was made so easy and clear for me to choose, I was allowed to try the cars I liked as many times as I needed. I wasn’t rushed in any way or put under any pressure to go though with a sale. I love my new car and knowing I have a good team at the end of a phone to help with any problems that arise. My favourite bit wasn’t even about the car, it was the lovely front of house lady greeting you and making sure your every need was taken care of.
