Ordering super easy. Order confirmation email
received. I took one star away as I got no specific time delivery window or whether it was a morning or afternoon slot. Sent email to enquire if there would be a time slot, I got no reply. In short ordering great delivery last century.

Right tank in stock.£
After discovering that the loft cold water storage tank had a leak from a hairline crack, I visited several local plumbers’ merchants to get a replacement with no success. A quick search on line brought up TDL. They had the right size and shape tank in stock and it would be delivered the next day. The reason for the 4 star review is that I didn’t receive the tank until the fifth day. Although Matt, internet sales manager, did apologise, the fault was with their courier.
It is now fully operational and is, if anything, better than the original. I would recommend this company.
