They lost my suitcase in July and they dont reply to my emails about refund. Very unprofessional. My health is being affected because of loosing so many precious things in the suitcase they never delivered yet still no proper response or sincere apology about loosing it.

Everything went exactly as planned, as I wanted. A courier in the Czech Republic picked up the shipment on Tuesday and delivered it in the UK on Friday. The shipment was delivered undamaged.

I had a shipment from UK to Portugal and everything went smoothly.
My boxes were delivered even a few days sooner than expected and in good condition.
A minor hiccup was the fact that I was not notified in advance of the delivery date/time, so it was a bit of a surprise. Luckily I was home.

Everything went as advertised. Arrived on time, picked up the packages. Sending from the Czech Republic to the United Kingdom. On Tuesday in the Czech Republic, on Friday in the United Kingdom. Could not be more satisfied.

The service to send two parcels (30kg and 20kg) from the UK to Spain worked really well. The process was smooth and straight forward, without any sort of complications. I got an estimate and placed my order through Teahouse website using the size and weight of my parcels. Additionally, I was able to request the most suitable day for collection. I received in my email inbox the labels to attach to the parcels which I printed and attached to the parcels. Both, the collection of the parcels at home and the delivery to destination worked very well and according to timeframe estimates. The attention of the company was excellent during all the process, I was able to track parcel location and the parcels arrived in good condition. This is the third time I have used this company to ship parcels from the UK to Spain and it has always provided an excellent service.

The transport run very well. Our 2 boxex where picked up on Monday mid day in Czech rep. and deliveried on Thuersday 1p.m. in UK. Big plus is that you get the box route no. and via other apps you are able to track the whole way and even the exact the delivery time.
Next time I go again via The Treahousetransport company. Many thanks for delivering. Good luck in future.
