Just like to thank you for the amazingly super quick delivery, the teak furniture of brilliant heavy quality!! Cushions etc a little light in colour more like white/ivory, , slightly worried about I'd be washing them more than I'd actually be sitting on them, Other wise very pleased with my purchase.

having bought a 1.8 emily bench 3 weeks ago and being blown away with the quality for the price i ordered a 4 seat stacking set and 3 more benches...same story same quality, beautiful construction and benches were great and stacking chairs on a par for build and finish

really is a true top quality of teak when i have seen so many poor examples elsewhere

I wanted a bench for my mother's 80th birthday, but thought teak would be out of my price bracket until I found the Teak Warehouse - I'd seen remarkably similar benches elsewhere for 2 or 3 times the price.

Running out of time I tried ringing, couldn't get through and nearly gave up. It transpires email works much better and these guys certainly put in the hours - I had emails at 7am and 7pm! As usual I'd left it late and I never though when I finally confirmed the order on Friday that they'd be able to deliver in time for the big day on Sunday. But they agreed to deliver next day at no extra charge, even though it was a Saturday and were as good as their word.

On assembly, I noticed a small split at one end and that the fit at that end was poor - fair enough wood's a natural product but I was just a little disappointed. I contacted the company expecting to be told to hit the offending joint with a mallet but no, they sent around a complete replacement bench a few days later, fully assembled!

Mum's thrilled with her bench and I'm delighted with the service - not a common feeling these days. And all at a great price. Don't be put off by the lack of credit card facilities or the difficulty of getting through by phone. I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again. Fantastic. Many thanks Dan & Mark.

I ordered online a 6 seat set on Sunday and to my amazement soon got 3 E-Mails telling me that my order would be delivered the next day !!!
At the advised time on the Monday the my order was delivered.
What more can I say.

We ordered the 8-10 teak set complete with cushions and umbrella with Miami chairs on 7 September for delivery on the 13th and paid by direct transfer ( always a bit dubious about this but it had worked fine for other reviewers). On Friday 13th at 8am all furniture was delivered and was better than expected (more lovely my wife said). All now looks stunning in the garden, we wish we had ordered at the start of the summer.
We decided to oil with teak oil to bring out the colour and improve the waterproofing using 500ml oil on 5 chairs and the same for the table.

I purchased the Atlanta Stacking Chair 1.7 mtr Oval Extension Set (£449)and the 1.8 Luytens Bench (£199) from Teak Warehouse.

I don't normally write reviews but after reading some of the reviews on this website (some bad) felt impelled to write of my experience with the Teak Warehouse.

I was a taken by the price of the furniture compared to other sellers, and decided to order the furniture for my home in Anglesey, with no delivery charges incurred!

After ordering the goods online, I was sent an e-mail requesting payment by direct transfer before goods would be delivered. I did this without hesitation and delivery was arranged.

The goods arrived a day later than expected due to traffic issues, but I was informed of this by e-mail.

Even though there was no one in to take delivery, the furniture was left in the exact location that I had requested.

I must admit there were moments when I was worried that I had paid upfront for something that wasn't going to arrive, especially after looking at some of the reviews on this site! And it concerned me even more when my phone calls were not always answered, and my voicemail messages were not replied to.

I imagine that this is a small company with low overheads which is why they can charge such low prices.

However I need not have been concerned, all was delivered on the day when they said it would. The only issue I did have was that the instructions for assembly are quite limited, in fact the bench did not come with any at all, so alot of common sense is required when putting them together.

I am extremely happy with the quality and the look of the furniture, the atlanta chairs are very comfortable to sit on, and the bench is quite ornate, I can imagine they will last for a very long time. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Teak Warehouse.

Beautifully made and designed classic gartden furniture. Very comfortable sturdy chairs that stack easily. Solid oval extendable table that is very well joined. Looks as if this furniture will last years and withstand the elements.

I was looking for years for some garden furniture that I felt would really last. Needed to be teak, needed to require as little self assembly as possible, as bolted joints weaken over time and bolts rust, and needed to look good. Eventually i found Teak Warehouse through a web search and the price was so good that despite some reservations over buying without seeing in person I decided to order. They were also very good at communicating about delivery and in bringing the furniture through to my backyard. So far I'm very impressed and hope the furniture last like it looks like it will.

The service received from Teak Warehouse was excellent, they were able to bring forward the delivery of our order at our request. The driver rang as requested and if he could have brought the sunshine too we would have had the complete package . The furniture is excellent quality and is as described on the website. We are very pleased with it. We have had very complementary comments from our friends and would be happy to recommend. Awesome...we hope that we will get years of use from the furniture and like the fact that we received care instructions .

I ordered some bench cushions, they were delivered promptly and on time.
The quality is very good as is the fit to the curved benches.
I rate the company very highly.
