lovely style and smooth finish on our balmoral bench delivered, table matches nicely and construction as the description shows. i actually think its more substantial looking than the photos on website

stacking chairs were totally as described and photoed, miami ones i chose and all as you want from a website,same as you look at you receive!

all handeled totally proffesionally as you would expect in a company who have been selling this furniture for years

My husband treated us to a lovely eight seater teak garden set cant wait to show it off to our friends lets hope they are right and we are going to have a mini heatwave so we can have a lovely bbq im so thrilled with it. It fits lovely on our patio the chap was very friendly and helpful with sizes even though most of the info was on their website being a woman i thought id drive him mad anyway. great furniture at a fantastic price i recently looked at a teak set in a department store which was double the price. now i just need my husband to serve me cocktails a girl can dream great quality great price great service from the office staff to the delivery driver many thanks recommend teak warehouse

I cannot comment on the Furniture as I never received it but the Customer service was the worst I have ever come across. I tried to change the first delivery date and after numerous e-mails and telephone calls I was eventually given new date - 1 month later. Waited in all day , no delivery - I was told the van was stuck in traffic....Surprise Surprise.
Contacted one week later after I contacted them and told them about their poor service and was offered a discount but I politely told them to keep their furniture as I do not trust them as they constantly tell lies.

The furniture is lovely and great quality. The reason we bought it was for this reason. The added bonus is it is great value (which doesn't mean it is ok and will make do - this feels like it will last and I have seen similar quality for several hundred pounds more).
My one gripe is the service which I have found poor, unfortunately. We had the wrong parasol and cushions delivered and no parasole base (but paid for). It took many emails and telephone calls from me (mostly unanswered) before a new delivery date was arranged and payment refunded for the parasol base. There was also no call from the driver to say expected delivery time so my wife waited in all day and it turned up after 7pm! Traffic delays were the reason but a call would be nice to explain.
However, this may just be a blip as other reviews are good and I may well try Teak Warehouse again in the future because of the price and quality.

had a 10 seater stacking set delivered a few weeks ago and did promise the teak warehouse guys a review....great furniture delivered and already had 3 or 4 bar be ques and i reckon i got you guys another sale!

have ordered the stacking large 10ft set and two loungers and after the lovely weekend we had it is the first real use and look at all the set...really excellent from the quality of the teak down to the cushions supplied. had bar be que yesterday and i think i should be on commision!! i reckon at least two other of our friends will buy from you guys!!
again a real easy simple process and emails came back quickly with questions etc

We live in France and were visiting family in the UK for one week. We ordered over £1000 worth of teak garden furniture to be delivered on May 1st. [Name] guaranteed that he could deliver on that date as we were catching the ferry home that evening. I made a bank transfer on the Saturday before delivery and e-mailed 3 times after that but there were no replies. Finally on the Wednesday I managed to get through on the telephone to be told that the chairs I had ordered were out of stock. [Name] then tried to make out that he hadn 't received my emails but my computer told me otherwise. I asked for an immediate refund but needless to say I have not yet received it. I shall be contacting trading standards next week. No need to contact trading standards as after this review appeared my money was refunded in full. I was also offered a discount if I changed this review and bought furniture on our next visit. I declined the offer.

Decided to order the Teak Peanut Bench for my husbands 75th birthday. Extremely pleased with quality and design, plus the delivery man couldn't have been more helpful. Looking forward to lots of time spent in the garden using it over the summer (depending on weather of course)
Would recommend without hesitation.

I just wanted to let you know that we received the teak set and it arrived in good time delivered by a very polite driver who knew all about teak furniture and we are most pleased with our purchase from Teak Warehouse! The website is very user friendly,the man i spoke to was very knowledgable about all aspects of the wood and gave me some good tips also!
Would be happy to shop at Teak Warehouse again and recommend it to our friends in the future

I have no idea why the other reviewer would say it's a scam website. That was not my experience at all. the garden furniture I ordered was delivered quickly, was of good quality and the driver even assembled it for me.
Given that I was given the option to inspect the furniture before paying for it, could pay by cash or cheque upon delivery, I would not hesitate to recommend Teakwarehouse to others.
