The delivery was really poor. I was wondering where the tea was and checked the tracking link for Royal Mail. It said that they had delivered to "my safe space" as I was out on 3/12/25, 2 days ago. I... See more

Back in 2006 the world of whole-leaf tea was boring, stuffy and outdated. Meanwhile, cool things were happening in the world of coffee. We saw the opportunity to get everyone drinking real tea again! And by real we mean big leaf and big on flavour. So, in November 2006 teapigs was born. Our mission today is the same as it was back in 2006: to get everyone drinking top quality, whole-leaf, great tasting tea - and to do business a bit differently while we're at it. All natural. No nasties. BIG leaf = BIG flavour. Simple!

With an order overdue I have notified Teapigs via their website and left messages on their phone line without any response. The fact that they don't answer the phone says it all to me.
The shipment never showed up in 10 days and no reply to two chasing emails.
I requested help to either cancel or add to the order and thought it was being dealt with, now im paying 4 pound more than I would have paid if I had bought it at my local shop, im very disappointed and will be cancelling all my subscriptions

I cannot find the right words to say how amazing the Tea Pigs team, especially Hamid in Customer service have been. My wife drinks a lot of Mao Feng green tea and her clients like it too, we have quite a range of Tea Pigs teas.
I normally place the orders and never have a problem, however a couple of weeks ago I placed an order for the wrong tea, peppermint! Big mistake on my behalf. When the Tea pigs arrived I realised my mistake and contacted customer service, I managed to return the peppermint tea with Hamid’s help same day via the post office and then Hamid replaced the Mao Feng. Absolutely seamless from start to finish, not just the best tea company in the UK, but the best products and by the far the best service and pricing. Thank you!!

Amazing customer service. I forgot to add a gift note, and the guy I emailed chased my parcel and added the note before it left the warehouse. So kind.

Superb customer service. I had an issue with some tea bags splitting and was contacted very promptly and a replacement pack provided. It's a great product, well worth paying a little more than a supermarket own brand.

I purchased a box of 50 Chia and found an issue, with that I made contact via email and had a response within the hour (Earl).
Within 48 I had received a replacement box and thankfully enjoying the lovely taste and products.
I'm a very happy customer.

Not sure about the tea bags. I bought the ginger and lemon along with the manuka honey and ginger. Taste a bit wishy washy in my opinion. Also I can't get a definitive answer on what the bags are made of. They look plastic but I hope not.
Still waiting for delivery. I go home to Spain on Monday and needed to
Take them with me!!! Your #965785 order is on the way!

I love the Teapigs Chai - it feels like a treat in a mug and so much healthier than other treats!

The best tea you can buy. My subscription arrives every month, and their customer service is always top notch, I've not had many issues but when I have they fix it straight away.

I contacted Teapigs customer service via the form on the website and found the responses I received were very quick and extremely helpful.
Kira in particular was very efficient at solving my issue. Brilliant experience overall.

My partner and I are so distraught. Have been drinking your earl grey (the normal one with the Dachshund on the packaging) for years. Even shuttled it over to the Netherlands when my partner was working there.
But for two packs now we have found the tea is very very weak. With one teabag per mug and letting it brew for 5 minutes, it should be nice and strong. But it’s totally watery.
Did you change the composition or could this just be bad luck on our side?
