I had an issue with a new Husqvarna which I had bought from another dealership. I contacted Teasdale and Rebecca and Mel sorted the problem out and chased Husqvarna for a goodwill payment gesture. They got me all my money back for parts and labour and kept me in the loop with everything. That is brilliant professional and friendly service from a family owned business.

How, semi fortuitous, Teasdales, extold, forwarded and/or backheeled that they shuda undrtaken 2 DB Motors, but alas, both kept me, off road. Spring, sumr, autum. Notably Teasdales, thru owt, 2025.

Lamentably. They wasted, time, trubl, efrt, xpense. Self, Recuvery, insurance, emergency services. Particularly state polis.

This whilst awaitin, furthr unsolicited, unwarranted, obstructions, deletions, amendments, additions. It's nothin short of criminal.

I recently purchased a used bike from these guys, and having bought quite a few bikes over the years, thought I’d share my experience & opinions.
Throughout the process I dealt with Mark Winder, and he was very professional at all times, but professional with a small P, super friendly and easy to chat too.
He made the whole transaction easy, transparent and easy to follow.
My bike was delivered as we agreed, spot on time, and in perfect condition. Having bought the bike sight unseen I was delighted with it.
So I’ve had the bike for 2 weeks now, and love it.
Mark and everyone else at Teasdale really inspire confidence and trust. I recommend them unconditionally.

I have spent more than £24000 with this dealer in the last 4 years. When I had an issue with the last used motorcycle I purchased from them the initial reaction was immediately negative and aggressive from the owner who insisted it wasn't their problem before he knew what the issue was. After he accused my service person of three completely incorrect and false accusations I threatened to take further legal action. It was not until then they actually found the issue which turned out to be the service person's mistake. There is no way I will be spending another penny with this dealer after the owners poor and unacceptable behaviour. Avoid them at all costs. High price and terrible service. You will also notice that all negative reviews are met with complete denial and basically calling the reviewer a liar instead of perhaps addressing the situation and perhaps apologising...very sad

I recently bought a Moto Guzzi V7 stone from Teasdale Motorcyles ,Mark Wiper the salesman was very friendly and easy to deal with and I was happy with the deal I got with my with my trade in. A great place to buy a bike .

This is a 100% true review about my experience with Teasdale motorcycles. I have spent over ,£24000 with them purchasing 3 motorcycles over the last 4 years. My last purchase was a used bike with a 2 year 5000 mile warranty. After 600 miles and one year I had it serviced at my local motorcycle mechanic. This was within the terms of the warranty. The engine failed not long after. I first took it back to the mechanic to see if there was an issue with anything he had done. He checked his work and could not find the fault or cause. So I took it to Teasdale Motorcycles after calling them. As soon as I arrived and mentioned I had had it serviced with my local VAT registered mechanic for the warranty as confirmed from their staff I was told that I would never have been told that repeatedly and I was incorrect. When the owner discovered it was a used bike under Teasdale Motorcycles own warranty he became quiet. No apology. So after his defensive and aggressive reception to me he said they were very busy and this was in no way their fault. They would look at it the next week when they could which I said was no problem. When the next week arrived I was called by the owner saying that my service person had done the valve clearance incorrectly. That turned out to be incorrect. Then he said that he had done the timing one tooth out which also turned out to be completely untrue as that engine did not require the timing to be adjusted when a valve clearance check was done. The next call I received from the owner was to say that my mechanic had run the engine in his garage for 1-2 minutes without oil. Another false claim. At this point I had no confirmed cause of the engine failure and was advised to take things further under the 2015 consumer act as no reason had been found by the dealer and it was made clear it still wasn't their issue. It was not until then was a cause discovered. It turned out to be the service person's fault which he immediately said he would repair it and paid for the £360 bill from Teasdale motorcycles to strip it down. The owner's behaviour was absolutely disgraceful before he knew the issue and when he had spoken to me after my initial review he used multiple swear words and called me a nob. Do you want to buy from this sort of dealer? I will not again. Having seen the completely incorrect and false reply from the owner I am not surprised.
Everything stated above is true and the reply is not. This review is about how the dealer handled this situation which was appalling. Even when no cause had been found they insisted it was not their fault without any proof. As soon as I said I would take it further they actually found the problem. If they had just found the problem or cause without the false claims I would have been grateful and this review would not exist. This bike was the third and last bike I purchased from Teasdale Motorcycles and the first I had a major issue with and the above reaction to that is described above. Swearing and insulting the customer is not acceptable and I wish anyone who finds themselves in the same situation the best of luck. I have told the complete truth and the owner was aggressive and defensive right for the start. His description of the situation is unsurprisingly completely false. I have also just heard from another customer since posting the review who has unfortunately had the same experience very recently so this only confirms the owners poor behaviour. They will not buy another bike from him either.

Sales team were brilliant, went above & beyond, 4th new bike I've bought off them,wouldn't go anywhere else

Recently traded in an bought a bike from Teasdale .a pleasure to deal with gave me good deal for mine and there’s was perfect .2 years warranty with a 2021 bike couldn’t ask for more everyone was really helpful when asking questions would definitely recommend family run business

I purchased a honda motorbike from Teasdale's in march 2025,after a few weeks it developed a slight misfire.
Teasdale's, despite it being a busy time of year, immediately offered me a warranty repair appointment.
I was given a loan motorcycle for the duration of the repairs and the next day my bike was fixed.I can't recommend Teasdale's enough and will continue to use them for any future purchases.

My son and I have bought bikes from Teasdales in the past. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bike I've just bought was totally as described. The aftersales and servicing as great too. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy new or second hand.

Bought a second hand bike there last week. Pleasant shop to do business with, plain speaking, straight forward. Salesman Mark, the delivery driver and Rebecca all worthy of mention. They had forgotten to stamp service book when it was delivered, driver took it back with him and I received it back by post within 24 hours.

I have done a few deals over the years and always find things simple and straightforward. Just bought a superduke from Dan, he looked after me really well, nothing too much trouble. As usual a pleasure to do business with a great local company.

i only contacted to make a enquiry on a new v85tt i intended to ring 3-4 dealers trading in my 2023 GSA 1st call was local to me with a very competitive price but very low trade in price after contacting Teasdale and talking to Andy not knowing who he is at this time (owner) and not even discussing price or trade in i who new straight away before receiving the call back that i would most probably be buying for Teasdale's right from the off i felt confident that they would be the dealer for me .after a returned call from Dan 3 hours later and a great trade in price the deal was done a few calls for a few extras to be added and some great help from Rebecca made me realize that i had made the right decision i can not recommend Teasdale's enough and looking forward to a long and rewarding future

I have just purchased my first motorcycle from Teasdales and it won't be my last! Absolutely fantastic first class service from all the staff. Had two very unpleasant experiences with Teasdale, new bike delivered with engine light on and parts broken and / or not working. Required a very heated discussion with Teasdale to get these fixed. Second issue was bike dropped into limp mode ( still under warranty) Teasdale refused to collect it so I had to hire a van, borrow a ramp and straps to get it there. Again argument ensued and warranty claim rejected costing me again. Apparently the fairies had removed a part.
This is my first bike purchase from Teasdale and will certainly be the last.
Unprofessional/ unhelpful very poor attitude.

Had some minor work done on my Moto Guzzi which slightly over ran through wrong spares being sent by their supplier. No problem: Jessica, the service manager organised me a loan bike (V100 Mandello) to keep me mobile. Whilst there, Andy the boss popped over to give me some advise on future work possibly needed.
It was a positive experience from a great team with good communications.

What a fantastic place, bought a bike from online and spoke to mark wiper who was more than helpful in the full description of the bike, traded a bike in towards the new one and I don’t think it could of gone any easier, great place honest sales men and peace of mind and definitely will be dealing with them again.

After seeing an identical bike elsewhere but with considerably more miles and in poor condition I made contact with teasdale and was assured I would struggle to find a cleaner bike anywhere. On seeing it I agreed and purchased the bike. I am 100% happy with the deal and the team. Thank you for making the purchase of my first big bike easy. I will be a returning customer.
