Took my money and I bought microsoft office for Mac but couldn't activate it as the software was 'not recognised by Microsoft'. No answer from tech Sales emails, phone number is disconnected. Thieves. Do NOT USE.

I made a purchase of windows 10 pro and I had bit problems with updating my current system to pro. Consultant spend probably 1,5h with my until we finally made it. I can't imagine better customer service. Also prices are amazing. 5 stars +

From the beginning I had a key problem, however a very helpful technician tried to solve a key function problem and he worked hard trying to help, but as interest waned so did the service until I was passed off to another department that didn't even communicate.
In the end I abandoned it and I'm trying to get refund via credit card company.Can't help feeling that once they had my money that was all that mattered.

If i could give more than 5 starts i would. What a fantastic experience. I ordered the wrong product. The chat support was second to none. Send me a new code, gave me the instructions to load the new code and waited whilst i downloaded the info.

Don't go anywhere else. It will be Tech Sales all the way from now on.

Easy, good value, would use again

Had an issue with Windows not activating, David was extremely helpful and stayed on late for an hour to make sure we were sorted. Chat is great but limited and time consuming but using remote login David was able to fix everything in an instant. Awesome work..

The key I received for Windows 10 had already been used but with the help of there customer support they gave me a fresh key that worked instantly. i am very pleased with there customer support

Outstanding service and value. Product half the price of anywhere else and when I ordered for the wrong type of computer they changed it for me instantly no fuss. You could Never Wish for a better set of people. On the 7/08/2018 John, David, and Jimmy Spent over 3 hours helping me in a quest to download Windows 12 Pro. Not a gripe of a bad word from them, I got good quality sound advice from these lads and would recommend their service to anyone. 5 stars is a under estimate for these Fellers; they know their stuff and convey it with precision and clarity and didn't faultier in anyway, "pure professionalism all the way down the line". So If you have the need to contact them, be prepared to read what they message or say, be prepared to send a few screen shots which you can upload in the little message box by pressing the little paper clip directly under it, and type in proper words not phone text format because 90% of the planets population cannot understand it. Once Again Thanks Lads,,,,,, I recommend you fellers to everyone without any reservation whatsoever,,,CHEERS!!
