If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased WiFi booster, didn’t work, suppose to have money back guarantee, I returned the booster at my cost to address they provided, no refund. Contacted PayPal, no refund. What a scam!!!!!! I am out $48.90 plus additional shipping.

These people are scammers I would recommend any one not to buy from them I have been waiting four weeks item still not arrived contacted them and they gave me a tracking number but you cannot track the item contacted PayPal for my money back they declined my action as a tracking number had been given so PayPal are the same scammers

Wifi Booster: Item did not arrive. Live service asked a cppl of questions then nothing and no response. Could not even confirm my order. STAY AWAY. Scammers!!

Purchased wifi repeater, coded into my internet system but clearly doesn't work. As I've left it too long to respond to PayPal to complain have decided to post a review.
The product looks good and flashes like an item that works but is just a con trick. It does not connect to the internet, its just another con trick from China.multple complaints online and total non-response from the suppliers. Don't fall into the same trap as most customers have found, unable to find any positive reviews other than those faked by the suppliers.

I originally thought this company was genuine and offered fantastic deals but over a year later I find that they're intent on stealing people's money and lying about the product you'll receive. I purchased MS Office Prof Plus 13 (all out not yearly or monthly) on 9th April 2018, everything worked fine then suddenly I'm unable to use the software which I need for business. I then went onto the Microsoft site and the key I received is not valid (ended in 2014) so non-existent which to me makes no sense at all as if it wasn't valid then how did I use the software in the first place. I tried clicking on their website but nothing happens just the same IP error which makes them seem even fishier as I wanted to contact support but would most likely not hear back from them. I will contact Microsoft about this issue to try and stop scammers like this not steal anyone else's money.

Power boost for extending WI Fi
I contacted the support team to ask how to connect this devise as the instructions were useless, after a lengthy & unhelpful
conversation they said the product is faulty and is not compatible with my devise and should be returned AT MY COST I find this unacceptable as it is advertised as it will work with any household devise. I am therefore asking for the full refund plus the return post cost they charged me to return it to the address they provided, as follows -SuperBoost WiFi Returns

They will not refund the return shipping as they say "it's not their policy" TOTAL RIP OFF! Should be bought on local.

Placed my order 6 days ago. Despite the email saying product and key would be delivered straight away, nothing has arrived. They don't answer the telephone, Live chat is always offline, they haven't replied to multiple emails. Will be contacting card company to do a reversal on the transaction. Don't buy from this company.

Arrive in miniuts and all works fine after imstallimg. I’m havinig problem with outlook but thats me not software.. Many Thanks

Having purchased Office 2016 the payment taken from my account was swift however up until this message I have not received any download. I have emailed and no reply. I have tried online chat, no reply. I have tried the 0800 number, dead tone. Will definitely be asking my bank to recall the monies and would not use this company again. Have now started an investigation through the bank and can no longer find tech sales on the internet. do not trust this company

Pleased to report/confirm that all is sorted now - download key sent via email a day or so after order and all, installed and activated OK.

No reason for hiccup given - but its been sorted which is key factor.

A happy customer now :-)

Purchased MS Office 2016 three days ago - payment taken swiftly enough - but no follow through with download key. Sent no of messages - but no response. Opted for this company as majority of f/back was very positive - I hope this will have a good outcome. Business seems genuine having looked it up on companies house - so trust its teething troubles - but watch this space.........

A bit frustrated and disappointed - on the basis of my experience I'd hesitate to recommend. I know a number of other customers have had great experience, swift service and satisfactory resolution of issues - but I'm still waiting...... :-(

Bought Office 2016, 24 hours after purchase still no download link and unable to contact by phone or live web chat. Update...They did return an "e" mail message a few days later and when I explained that they were too late as I had purchased the product elsewhere when I didn't get a response they were very understanding and credited me immediately.

The product is excellent but I had severe trouble downloading.

Confirmation email received, download trouble-free, no issues with activation code.
