Ordered a Wifi booster and when I didn't get it, I contacted PayPal. PayPal gave them a certain amount of time to respond, but I also sent emails to cancel the order, but they didn't respond. They responded to PayPal on the last day and PayPal refused to take my case any further. I was in need of a booster and got a different one in the meantime. I have tried to call them several times and get put on hold for over 10 minutes and then a recording answered wanting me to rate their CSR experience. Do not buy from them. I did get the item, but don't need it and not sure if it works or not. I'm afraid to mail the item back because I don't think I will get my money back.

They are scammers. Do NOT even consider buying through them. They do not care about you as a customer once they have your money.

I agree about this company scamming people. I bought a speed up internet thing. It came to me in a plastic bag smashed beyond repair. No refund sorry they said not our fault. I had the board checked and it contains nothing to speed up internet. Paypal couldn't get my money back but are still taking payments from them. Watch out.

This company is a scam. Do not go to their website. They route you in and you can't cancel or return the item. No communication. Product requires you to attach something to you phone to get it to work. Unacceptable product. Not bad customer service. There is no customer service.

I received my repeater. it never worked I could not get logged in. I have tried calling and online. there is no chat and no one replies to the form I filled out online. PLEASE DO NOT spend money with this company. they are a fraud. I am reaching out to my attorney general for resolve. I dont really care about the $49.00 I spent. I just think companues like this one do not belong in this great coountry.

I somehow ordered an Oxymeter from a Senior Discount site offering 50% off. I filled in the particulars but once I saw the actual price I did not hit confirm the order. However somehow they got the order as I received a confirmation. As soon as I got the confirmation I cancelled the order as I had managed to get one for 1/2 the price with free shipping. That was on June 6. I have gone back and forth with them but they said I had to return it. I told them I did not have it. I got a notice on July 7 saying it had been shipped. I again contacted them saying it was cancelled before they shipped it. It arrived arrived last week so I have shipped it back at my cost. I doubt they will refund me all my money plus the original shipping and handling. All I hear back now is that they will give me 20% off even after I told them it was going back and I did not want it.
I would never recommend this company especially when they did not originally state that it was charged in USD not CDN. The item was not worth what they were charging for it.

My story is no different than the numerous other complaints regarding this company's abysmal customer service. I ordered a Super WiFi Power booster on May 19th that wasn't delivered until July 7th and ONLY after I opened a dispute case with PayPal which is under review. Numerous emails sent in an attempt to get any type of information on my own all went unanswered.

Bought telescope through PayPal, no confirmed sale notice so I tried again. I was charged for two, received them, and tried to return. No response for 3 emails.

June 12th I had ordered two wifi boosters. June 15th I received an email thanking me for my purchase. My credit card was charged back on June 12th. On July 8th I received an order confirmation email saying they would email me a tracking number for the order once the order shipped. I decided to cancel my order and called the company, which took me to dial tone after a long wait time. I then emailed them on July 8th telling them to CANCEL my order. Receiving no reply or acknowledgement I sent a second email on July 19th. Next I contacted my credit card company to dispute charges and gave them copies of the 2 emails I’d submitted along with the fact that I’d called a non-working number. Today (July 28th) I received a package in the mail. I did not open it. I wrote “DID NOT ORDER - RETURN/REFUND” on the package and left it to be picked up and returned. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I always read reviews on products before purchasing and I should NEVER have purchased SuperBoost. I’ll find a reputable booster and company in future. Lesson learned.

Buzzbgone - an attempt to buy anti-mosquito devices which was a miserable experience. Never trust a company that takes your money without confirming the order by email. You cannot reach their customer services by telephone and they never respond to emails. The jolly email telling me my products were shipped was fake - the tracking id was not working. I have cancelled and have gone for a dispute chargeback with VISA. Should be zero stars😡

Same problem as others with oshen watch. Doesn’t work no customer service. Attempting to get refund thru PayPal.

They "say" there is a money back guarantee BUT there really is none. I purchased 2 for different computers. Found out they already had "Cloud" service SO tried to send both products back. Ha Ha No such luck! Was told to "Give them away to friends". I repeat "No Money back Guarantee" Scam company!!

I have recently ordered a photo stick from Think Tec Sales Ltd, for £58 on 3rdJuly. Still nothing, no acknowledgement, no email nothing........ The reviews on Trust Pilot, for this company are absolutely abysmal, people losing hundreds of pounds on goods never received. I have taken out a dispute with Pay Pal, still no acknowledgement from the company! I will publicise this far and wide! If I could give no stars I would 😡 CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I ordered the Oshen smart watch, Impossible to connect and no customer service at all. There is no phone number for think tech sales of Wayne nj or Oshen watch co. This by far is the worst shopping experience I ever had. Anyway my bank charged them back as a scam. Have a nice day.

I had sent several emails to this company to not ship this thermometer and they shipped it anyway. Charging my account 158.94 in total. I returned this thermometer to the Wayne, NJ location that was provided by the irresponsible customer service rep (if that is what you want to call her. And not I am being give the runaround on the return of my funds. This product was shipped back to this location on June 26, 2020 and no one has bothered reach out to me to refund my money. I am getting pissed at this point and want some action taken to return my money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Same as most other reviews. Money taken but had to move heaven and earth to get my WiFi extenders by escalating to the PayPal resolution centre. Will never deal with them again. Only giving a 1 star as I cannot give a zero.

Trying to get money back from pay pal this is a rip off and a scam.Do not buy anything from this company. They do not respond to e mails have been trying to contact since May. PAYPAL keep changing parameters as well

Bad News!! Ordered and then attempted to cancel. Emails never answere. PayPal wouldn't honor claim. Credit card honored a gave me my money. After two months package arrived. Trying to send back. SCAM AND DONT DO BUSINESS THROUGH PapPal with this company. Bad Bad and I couldn't give them a Zero.
