Ordered a TVFix kit and received desktop AC ultra fan. This company is scamming customers and actively advertising on Instagram. Beware...they go by Able Look online and last known location is United Kingdom.

I did not order a blaux ac unit, but I got one in the mail. I don't want it. I did order the kit for our tv, to see if we could get off of our cable. The kit only has a 30 mile radius, and there is nothing close enough for us to use it. When I tried to get someone to talk to, it was a robot, and wouldn't answer me with a sensible answer to anything I asked. Then when I asked to chat with a real person, they want to charge me to talk to someone. That is total nonsense. Yes, like the rest of you, I have been scammed. What a horrible way to run a so called business.

I just received the ac desktop that I never ordered, and there is no receipt or I phone number to even call, I looked up the company and sent a email. Now I guess from what I've read, I will not hear back or will coat me for something I never ordered

I ordered the Blaux portable ac back at the end of May, early June. Aside from getting emails telling me to complete my order after I already had the order confirmation number (major scammy move, tricking patrons into paying for something twice), several failed attempts at customer service (they did respond once, reassuring me my order would arrive), the box arrived today. It had been so long since ordering, I wasn't sure what it was. I searched the return address and I found this review site. I panicked after seeing endless bad reviews for wrong orders. I carefully opened it up and thankfully it's exactly what I ordered. Just in time for autumn. Cool. Literally.

Another scammed person. Will report to police.

Do NOT order from this company the BLAUX rechargeable AC unit. I waited 3 months and was sent just the fan. They sent me a product that I did not order. Customer Service lady told me that I had to pay to mail it back. No reimbursement for mailing back a product that I did not order. When I finally got reimbursed they also deducted the shipping cost for the original mailing. WARNING. Do not order from Think Tech Sales.

Can't get through to customer service. I would not use this company. The reviews state that 64% give it a 1 out of 5. I don't think they have a customer service department.

Ordered the Blaux Mini ac unit.. Total peice of junk. Got 3 emails offering 20% on future order.Advised give me address to send this garbage back. Also have address on box think tech in Wayne nj.I'm in New Jersey and in a bad mood and might drive if it was a real place. Total Scam..

Scam company. Ordered 9 weeks ago and no correspondence from them. Read the comments on Facebook about them. Everyone is writing their product doesn’t work.

What a peace of junk. I want my money back. No customer service to reach. This product and this company is a joke.

I ordered this produt touse it durint the summer it took two months the delivery and now I dont need it we are going to shipping back.

Received package from Think Tech Sales in Wayne, NJ with 4 items that I purchased off advertisement from Blaux for portable AC units. Took 2 months to receive and units are not what was advertised nor did they work as claimed. Basically a swamp cooler and cannot reach anyone in customer service via phone, email or IM. Think Tech Sales contact number is same message as Blaux which leds you to a survey then disconnects.

This is a joke. I did not order anything from this company. I ordered a Blaux Portable AC. I got some knock off of something else with the Blaux name on it. I had to leave one star to get this message out there. Otherwise, this is a scam.

I ordered portable ACs from Blaux, but when I received my order it was mailed from this place and are definitely NOT Blaux ACs. I ordered from the official Blaux site even, so I’m thinking that whole thing is bs or my order was intercepted. It was taking so long to get my tracking number that I contacted customer service. After awhile I said forget it and wanted a refund instead.

No email, no tracking number, nothing. This banged up box just shows up on my doorstep two days after I asked for my money back. Very suspicious. Then I looked at the return label and it said Think Tech Sales in Wayne, NJ. I had never heard of it and now here I am.

This company is a scam, so beware. I was provided a tracking number that didn't work, and after not receiving the product I was told that it was shipping that day and that a new tracking number would be provided. Never happened and never received the product. I've reached out to PayPal for a refund, and they should drop them. Review after review says the same thing, so buyer beware of these clowns.

UPDATE: It took PayPal less than 24-hours to close this case and issue a full refund. It seems they have this company on their radar based on the numerous negative reviews that validate my experience.

Purchased an SD 32gb memory photo gatherer, it was faulty cost £43.94 including delivery. It was faulty and there is no way to contact them for a replacement or a refund. DEFINITELY STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Don't ever deal with these Big Time Scammers !!! Their products ( TV Caddy ) and company are nothing but a complete hoke, a waste of good money. Products are not worth buying, can't get through to talk to anybody there about returns also ??? The BBB or CPA need to look into this fraudulent POS company !!!!!

Had to put one * its the lowest trustpilot goes. After following paypals directions I returned the wifi booster that did not work. So have not got a refund nor the cost of shipping back.thinktech are a rip off. Paypal keep deferring the reselution. so not impressed with them either.
