I purchased WiFi superbooster - it didn't do anything like it said.
No more speed or range boosted.

I emailed that day and sent video showing no difference. They didn't reply to my emails, in the end I asked for refund from PayPal instead. They contacted Think Tech who said they wanted the device back.

I did get refund from PayPal - but cost me £12.00 to return it which PayPal say they will not refund because took longer than 30 days to sort.

Don't purchase this as it doesn't work, cost me £12.00 to find out. Plus don't trust PayPal to refund postage, use every excuse not to refund even though they told me I had to return it to get a refund.

I ordered a Superboost Wifi Extender from Think Tech Sales. After it wasn’t received in 4 months I filed a claim with PayPal. Think Tech told them it had been shipped. After a month it did show up and had only recently been mailed. I paid $58 for this piece of junk that probably is worth $20 tops. STAY AWAY! I cancelled PayPal as they weren’t any help.

Ordered Oshen watch. Could not connect. Called Think Tank and got no help. STAT AWAY!!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. PayPal will not help with refund. Their WiFi Booster Web site does not exist. Shipped to me from Think Tech.global in Itasca, Illinois but return address is in Hong Kong. Very bad experience. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Ordered Blaux AC F832 September 2000. It arrived 5 weeks Later in NZ.
Pretty good with Covid disruption to transport.
The tracking on DHL was great.
The product is well built and works well in small areas. A good personal
Cooler. It won't replace my AC wall unit, but love it. Good value.

I ordered 3 Blaux portable AC units with 3 additional water screens. With the 100% guarantee I felt comfortable. However the that was only 30 days from purchase....I received the products 45 days later. The unit was NOT the one pictured on their website and the additional water screens were for the product on the website but not the lesser quality unit sent. PayPal refused to help me because I didn’t open the package in time for the dispute. Though I communicated multiple times with the merchant who provided a completely illegitimate tracking number to PayPal. Then I contacted my credit card company....sent 25 pages of documentation with photos, 5 emails, etc. The merchant is refusing refund. My credit card company gave me an address to ship the product back to, which I requested in my 5 emails to the merchant, in CHINA. Yet the return address on the boxes is in Wayne NJ! This is a bait and switch!!!
So sorry this is so long but I am hopping angry! If there were negative stars to choose that would be my choice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I bought the tv buddy months ago,tried it on two tvs,didn't work. I returned it, received no credit! I wote letters to their customer service, wrote e-mails, no response. It's a scam and rip off!

This company are crooked. I ordered an Inifinitkloud device which was unusable. They sent a replacement which was equally useless. I returned both devices to the US as requested for a refund and they are now just delaying and having told tehm the items are on their way to the US are now asking for them to be sent to Hong Kong - what crooks. Do not touch them

I order the BLAUX AC ULTRA and its a totally scam....

I had ordered a wifi extender in Mar. 2020 and have not receive it. I contacted them via PayPal and Think Tech Sales stated that it was delivered. The offered to sell me another one at 20% off with free shipping. I declined and stated that if the product was not delivered it would have been returned to them. I would highly suggest that no one order from this scam company as there is a reason the are not incorporated with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Order from somewhere else unless you want to be scammed.

I received a wi-fi booster extender that never worked. I returned the gadget and have not been able to contact customer service at all. I have been calling for two months to no avail, no one answers the phone and then a survey comes up at the end. This is a complete rip off and scam...

We received our photo stick in June, are we pleased with it ? far from it , it's absolute rubbish , we e-mailed you about it but have received no response whatsoever,
RIP OFF comes to mind. I would think twice before dealing with your company.

I ordered the Blaux Portable Air Cooler in early June and received the product in early August. The terms stated it would arrive within 30 days. As it did not arrived, I bought a real air conditioner and tried calling to cancel my order. There is no phone number to call. I emailed and I did not receive any responses. Finally after product had shipped to me they returned my email and said product is on its way. I explained to them I had canceled my order and I was waiting for a refund. They said to send the product back and they would refund the money to me. I returned the product and that was the last I've heard from them. So I'm out $99.28 for the product and $15.25 for shipping. The Attorney General needs to be involved and shut this company down.

Do not order from this company. I spent hours (done over several days) trying to connect with them to return the WiFi Booster which did not work in our house. Today I finally got someone on the phone after only 8 minutes waiting, only to be told that my 30-day guarantee was over.
You do not receive a return address or receipt with your order, so you must call to get those. It took so long to reach them that my 30 days were over.
It's a disgraceful scam.

Don't deal with this company. I purchased item from UK base. It didn't work, communication non existent and when disputed via Paypal had to return item to Hong Kong. Did all they asked and Paypal have still not resolved after months of waiting

Blaux aka Think Tech Sales first after charging us 3 times for 1 order and after fighting with them to get the product we finally contacted the bank because Think Tech never responded and did a chargeback for not receiving the order. Think Tech finally then sends us something saying the order was canceled and we think great it's done. OH NO the fukers then shipped the Blaux and told the bank we received it so now the bank is taking the money back and when I finally got someone on the phone at Blaux the refuse to do the return. Go back to freaking Hong Kong and leave us alone. This experience has been a nightmare. Oh and the BLAUX SUCKS on top of it. Their real phone number is 855-624-1303

This company took my husband's money and left no In voice to return the merchandise the phone number on their website is a company in California that says they're not affiliated with them I'm just sick of all these bull**** company's coming up online selling bull****companies not sending you what you order it's ridiculous And now

Total junk! I tried to cancel the order five times, they still sent it. It’s a piece of garbage. Do not purchase anything from this company!

Bought a wifi-booster back in early August (over 6 weeks ago). Product useless. They did not answer any emails to request a return shipping address or engage in any way. I disputed the transaction with Paypal and after 5 weeks they have come down on Retailer's favour.

After calling Paypal and jumping through hoops to speak to a human being and threatening them with the Financial Services Ombudsman (which Paypal have volunarily subscribed to since 2007) they have refunded the money and told me to keep the goods!

Yeah I ordered a TV fix around August 26 September 12 I get this blocks AC unit I don't know what the hell it was I never ordered it couldn't figure out what to do but I do have a number you have a problem you ordered a TV fix and got a blocks AC unit phone number 855 884 0385 I called down explain to them they're supposed to send me a return shipping label and refund my money I'm hoping that happens I'll find out but I told him refund my money I will ship your AC back we'll see good luck anybody else

I can't believe it this is Monday the 14th and I actually got my refund back into my checking account. I hope everybody else has as good luck as I did
