Knowledgeable and Generous Instructors also Very Accommodating to my Vegan Diet
It took a while to find a PCB soldering course that followed the IPC610 standards but my research definitely paid off in the end.
Regarding my experience of Technical Training Solutions' course (Soldering and the Repair of PCBs), I appreciated having the opportunity of working along side a more experienced student, kind enough to allow me to compare my work with his. This enabled me to see what standard I needed to aspire to. I'm a strong believer that the path of the wise is to seek the wiser (Gracian). It took a little while to get used to the instructor's approach but I found it very effective and helped my learning process. It allowed me to really recognise and iron out my bad habits when I got back to work. The instructor was also very kind with his time, saying he wanted to ensure I got my money's worth. When I asked at the start of the course how long I could work until, he was very generous. I found their staff very professional and accommodating to my requirements. I follow a Vegan diet and even though I was insistent that I'd sort out my own lunch and didn't want to put them to any bother, they were equally insistent that it wouldn't be a bother at all. Therefore, at short notice (down to my poor communication), I was able to list my preference for lunch and they provided me with a delicious and healthy Vegan meal. As in my own business, I believe in looking after my customers and making sure I can meet their expectations, Technical Training Solutions have exceeded mine. Attending the course I incurred over £1000 in expenses and over 600 miles worth of driving and it was worth the distance and every penny. I'm looking forward to the next course and hope I get as much out of it as I did the first. I was also given time to pick the brains of the other instructors which I found invaluable, they are very knowledgeable and are passionate when passing their knowledge on. To be able to communicate high level information effectively without being condescending is five stars in my book.
