I ordered the original Epson multicolour blister pack and was anxious to see whether this came or the individually sealed ones that come with printers, sonetimes passed off as this hummingbird pack, that aren't full. Happy to report all was fine.

I was surfing the websites of different ink companys, and I could'nt belive the prices that were being quoted by the major retailers. When I came across this website called Inkubus, they did the full range of inks for my HP printer. Not only that but their prices were miles cheaper than anyone else, as well as free delivery. I shall certainly be using them again, as ordering online was so easy, nothing complicated, just all straight forward. I will also be telling my friends and family about this company, and the excellent service they provide. Unlike all the other major retailers.

Ordered a printer and had a technical problem resulting in duplicated orders. Inkubus sorted out the duplicated orders and dispatched the printer such that it arrived next day. Frequent emails to confirm the situation so really was outstanding service. I eventually discovered problem was my anti-virus software so no fault at all of Inkubus.

My order was quickly and efficiently handles, but I would prefer to be able to order over the phone as it is quicker for meto do so.

Good quick service but watch out for the relatively early cut off time.

Quick and easy purchase with delivery as expected. My only disappointment was the lack of an e-mail message saying my order had been sent - only a confirmation of my order having been issued.
