I have ordered black ink several times and looking back on order i can see 3 orders that i have paid for and ink not delivered. Impossible to get in touch with on phone lines always busy and no response from email. Wondering if the company is in financial difficulty.

I ordered a Canon printer on line one afternoon and it arrived early the next morning. You can't do better than that!

incubus are not answering the phone. not responding to email. accounts overdue

Received the following email a few hours after ordering:

"I’m sorry to inform you that we’re unable to progress your order due to an inventory quantity error on our site.
Your card has been refunded in total and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Not ideal.

Easy to use website, with good price and delivered quickly.

Put an item on sale at the lowest price available with stock showing as available - take an order and payment, then email to say out of stock and put the price up. Time wasting

I ordered hard drive from Inkubus. I have received order confirmation and that was the only message I received from Inkubus. I have waited over a week and then sent them a message requesting an update. Nobody replied to my email. Thanks god I have used Paypal and I raised this with them. I sent an email to Inkubus through Paypal and have not received a reply. So I opened a claim and after about 30 minutes my money were back on my account. No communication whatsoever from Inkubus, no apologies. Avoid them at all cost.

This is the first time that I have used Inkubus and the service and delivery was excellent.
