We recently ordered a HP7500A Officejet Printer, unfortunately the first one arrived with a split box (you just get the printer in it's own box it's not inside another box) and a couple of items were missing. Don't know if this was Inkbus fault or the courier company? Having contacted Inkbus immediately, emailed them photo's and explained the problem they promptly arranged collection of the first one and delivery of a new one. So, although it would have been better to get it right the first time, they did sort the problem quickly.

I still find the ordering a little difficult because I don't understand the difference between the options, so am never sure if I could end up getting the incorrect inks, and if so, then going through all the rigmarole of returning them. Inks were well packaged.

Ordered 3 x 8 TB Hard drives as they was about £10 cheaper (per drive) than anywhere else. Received quickly and very very well packed... would be very happy to recommend and buy from again.

simple to find the right ink, simple to complete the order, even standard delivery is quick.

- I was ordered a HGST Travelstar 7K1000 on Tuesday, 3 Nov.
- On 9 Nov. I was contacted them, because nothing arrived... they replied with: "Your goods were dispatched last Tuesday.We advise 3 - 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received the goods by tomorrow afternoon please contact us a gain so that we may investigate with Royal Mail.
- on 10 Nov. I replied to their email, asking for investigation... no reply.
- on 11 Nov. I requested the investigation via web form... no reply..
- on 12 Nov. I called them, the guy told me they are out of stock, and they sent out to me an email about this situation (???), but the next order need to be arrive in that afternoon or next morning, and he will inform me if something change.. no contact then...
- on 13 Nov. at 17:20 after more than 15 min. of repeated calling, a lady picked up the phone, she had no idea and no access to check if something arrived or had been shipped out, but she contacted his colleague...
- at 6pm they sent me a email telling, is nothing arrived, and they not receive them until the end of next week..
- on 16 Nov. I had cancelled my order...

I received a printer which was not working properly. Within two days I had it recollected and another one immediately delivered. Excellent help received from customer service. Recommend

Looking for something no-one else seemed to be selling at realistic prices, I found it here for a great price.

Got the tapes nice and fast and Inkubus did the things we need to have done to get security clearance at the DC. Replied to my web query quickly too. Will be back for more as required.

Good service, I would recommend. I placed my order for an item I needed for next day delivery, I received a confirmation email but didn't receive a tracking link, and when I contacted the company to confirm the delivery date I got a response within the hour, so all in all, really pleased (and the item arrived shortly afterwards, exactly as promised!).

Having never heard of Inkubus I was a little unsure purchasing a hard disk from them especially as there predominantly an ink seller. Needless to say I have been impressed and would recommend them highly.

Perhaps I ought not to buy a PC hard drive from this awful ink supply company. Things went wrong within two months and of my purchase of a computer hard disc form Inkubus, who tried to pass blame their supplier and took no responsibilty whatsoever (as they are legally bound to)and were less than helpful. I contacted Seagate , the disc manufacturer, and received a very helpful and professional response. My faulty disc was repaired rapidly and without fuss.
