Delivery very prompt and information with the printer very clear. Product is excellent: I'd used the Which guide to choose this mono laser printer. It gave this printer: Laserjet Pro 400 M401dw top rating which is well-deserved. Despite the price [comparatively high] it was easy to set up, prints well, is quick and is very quiet.

Ordered on-line, delivered on time. Had one order with bit of a glitch, but sorted very swiftly. I'll certainly keep ordering.

The incorrect product was sent due to a website error. I brought this to their attention and the subsequent service was outstanding.

Excellent value printer delivered promptly

I cannot add anything to the title of my review, beyond saying that I always order my printer inks from Inkubus and am tghoroughly satisfied.

On 21st of January 2015 I ordered a pack of 10 Panasonic DVD Ram Discs, Order ID: #12229, having previously ordered them from you through Play.com now Rakuten. I received a mail from World Pay Card confirming that the payment of £12.29 had been taken from my account. I expected these to arrive at the start of the week commencing 26th January. When they had not arrived by, I think it was 29th of January, I contacted you only to be told that these were no longer being stocked. It was then arranged that a refund would be made immediately to my account.
The disappointment was that there was no cross check when I made the order which would have confirmed that these were no longer being stocked and no payment would be taken.
My only concern is that other customers have encountered the same problem unless you have put into place after my problem was flagged up to avoid this happening again.
I would be grateful for your comments on this.
I have rated this with 3 Stars but this is only in relation to this problem and not other business I have had with you previously.

I was very pleased with the price for the HGST NAS hard drive. Free delivery if you can wait a few days. I would have liked notification of despatch but that was my only gripe.

I was a bit cynical when I saw the advert for a Canon printer from Inkubus. It was so reasonably priced that there had to be a catch,Still I thought nothing ventured nothing gained so I ordered. Thank goodness I did . Fantastic value , fast careful delivery what a bargain . I would certainly recommend Inkubus to anyone .

We were able to order a multipack of ink for our printer, which arrived a free days later by courier. No issues, easy process with no complicated forms or lengthy processes.

Quick receipt of goods, and very good customer service

I bought 2 X Seagate 3TB drives from Inkubus - the original transaction went off without a hitch - drives arrived well packed (excessive bubble wrap in individual boxes in bubble wrap in a bigger box).

The drives went into my Synology and we were up and running.

Que 20 months later and a drive failed - but Seagate have a 2 year warranty - hence a call to Inkubus - spoke to Dave and received instructions for the RMA process by email and a replacement drive within 3 days.

No fuss - no quibble and great customer service - they could easily have told me to contact Seagate directly. Thanks Dave !
