I had a concern about a possible security breach. I wanted a thorough check up. I was relieved to have every thing checked out as okay. I have used this company for several years and always feel safer knowing they can monitor my usage.

Representative answered call quickly. Knowledgeable, friendly, solved subscription issue and referred me to technical support for download and install issue. The tech rep was also knowledgeable, friendly and solved the the problem quickly using a remote program. Very pleased.

Tech was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is when calling for assistance the associate is why to pushy on trying to sell a new service. I hate calling for help sometimes just because some of them won't take no for a answer. I am a disabled vet who does not have extra money to buy extra servives.

Macky tried to help me create a CD-R disc for a dvd player firmware update. We spent 3 hours trying everything possible. Another tech to contact me tomorrow to finish. Macky was extremely professional and also listened to my input/comments.
